Sir,
I was perfectly willing to drop the Xenos for proper compensation. I am a poor civilian barely able to buy a meal. I was planning on turning these Xenos in to the appropriate facility for compensation. Unfortunately your pilot refused to provide me compensation.
I was always under the impression that you could not seize cargo from a civilian without compensation. And since I am a civilian, wouldn't it be more appropriate for the LPI to address this with me than the Navy? The Navy is supposed to be protecting the citizenry of Liberty (including myself) from harm by hostile attack. The LPI are supposed to be enforcing laws and taking prisoners into custody.
I have sustained 267,413 credits worth of damage to my vessel and lost my CD dropper which will cost me another 228,000 credits as a result of his attack on me. Not to mention the CD's and bats/bots necessary for my defensive systems. I have been working around the clock trying to gather enough credits to repair my vessel. My vessel is nearing complete repairs after 3 days of intense work. And I will require another 3 days of hard work to be able to raise the funds for my defensive systems.
I have filed a lawsuit against the Navy for compensation of damages with the magistrate on Manhattan. I do hope to be treated with a bit more respect the next time a Navy vessel encounters me. And I'm not going to hold my breath for receiving compensation. Although I would like to receive this compensation from this pilot personally ... I seriously doubt I will ever be compensated.

Sir, you will receive full compensation from the pilot himself, that I can assure you, or he shall be court martialled for abuse of powers, what neural network shall we send the compensation to?
My day report for yesterday and today, as both days were surprisingly busy with pirates and smugglers. I would like to thank Lt. Commander Malrone and also the captain of the LNS_Louisbourg Fortress for their kind words concerning my duty.
To begin my day, I linked up with the local Navy and LSF forces in New York, patrolling for any potential threat. I found that New York was in the calm at the moment so I began a patrol in California. During the patrol, I found W-the_french[VA] in a Praetorian bomber with both Corsair ID/IFF. As soon as I asked him to leave through Magellan, his friend in a Corsair Gunboat jumped in system and they both fled into the Tahoe Cloud. With the help of my officers, we were able to track down the pirates to New York and destroy them. I, however was not part of the attack that destroyed them.
After the corsairs, I deemed California to be clean and moved back to New York. I quickly spotted a notorious smuggler by the name of Dark_Helmet in his armored transport hauling a cargo bay full of Counterfeit software. I hailed him several times, not responding except with turret fire. In my Avenger, I didn't have the firepower to destroy him so I called LNS-Massachusetts to finish the job. He was later destroyed in California.
On my way back from the incident with the smuggler, I flew back to New York hoping to finish my patrol there. I received a distress signal from Captain Shad Winston as he, Reaper780, and DW-Nova were attacked by Al.Bundy. I quickly flew in and attempted to disable his ship. He was destroyed later, by Captain Winston.
Hoping to have a small break, I settled my ship near the Missouri, watching the flow of traffic from Texas and keeping a wary eye on the comm for any messages from the Missouri concerning smugglers. My break was far too short however, and was quickly called to California to assist the Massachusetts, who was under attack by 3 bombers by the names of [RoS]Gonfried[X], Sam.Harris, and another bomber. Captain Shad Winston, Lieutenant C.J.Edwards, Lt. Commander Jack Malrone, Nolan Wolf, and I arrived and tried to save the Massachusetts from the onslaught of torpedoes but to no avail. The ship was destroyed and the bombers were still in fighting condition. We engaged the pirates, until Mini-Angel (now the Iowa) and LNS-Lexington arrived with unnecesary force to subdue the pirates. They were called off and eventually the pirates ran, and were destroyed.
Heading back to New York, we found another notorious smuggler by the name of Johnnatan Leblanc, carrying artifacts. We attempted to halt him many times until he made an emergency landing on West Point. We staked out, waiting for the smuggler to come out for nearly 25 standard minutes, making an appearance once but was successful docking again with the staion. How he managed to elude the forces in the station, I have no idea, however he managed to hide himself from our sensors and was gone.
Also during the stake-out, another lane hacker came with a gunship, by the name of Pendulum. We dare not attack him however, as he had many of our fellow officers held prisoner in his ship. Lieutenant C.J.Edwards, Louisbourg Fortress, LSF-Basilisk and I were able to persuade him to drop the pilots at Ithaca, and they are in care at Mahattan Hospital now.
After the elusion of Johnnatan Leblanc, we resumed normal patrols. I started to head to Texas until I found Victor_Alivette hauling our fellow pilots. Again after repeated attempts of hailing him, he said no word and was intercepted and destroyed at Houston. The pilots are recovering in Houston and will be fit for duty within a couple days.
Finishing my patrol of Texas, Lieutenant C.J. Edwards and I found Cerulean.Gryphon and Jack Galahad fighting a bounty hunter in New York. We returned their hospitality in kind and engaged the pirates. Freelancer Anthony Ryans was also around the area, however he did not intervene and merely watched from a distance. During the fight, the bounty hunter was destroyed and suddenly a Liberty Gunboat by the name of Sargant-Noname burst in and attacked the pirates. I ordered him to leave, however having no jurisdiction over those not under my command, continued to fire. The pirates attempted to thrust away from the gunboat, and did with success. While we were thrusting toward the attackers, Lieutenant C.J. Edwards broke off as the same as Cerulean.Gryphon, leaving the fight to me and Jack.Galahad. I had the upper hand, as his weapons were limited to his inferno, antimatter cannon and a nuclear mine launcher while I had my full compliment of weapons. After many jousts, I finally defeated the pirate and leaving with luck on my side.
After the fight near the sun, I responded to LC Matagora's call for help as [Maf].MM.Nexx was attacking the gunboat. The Mafia already had destroyed LC Drake's ship and was harassing the gunboat. I jumped to California and tried to keep Nexx's attention from the gunboat as much as I can. We fought our way up to 27k above the New York gate, missiles screaming and lasers shot out into open space. We agreed that I and Nexx should fight in a 1v1 duel, without the Matagora's assistance, because of Nexx's continual thrusting out of the Matagora's firing range. We jousted, and I keeping my ship stable until Lieutenant C.J. Edwards arrived. I was able to get the killing blow, however my fellow officer's help was a huge part of stopping the pirate.
I retired for the night after the Mafia ship was destroyed.
--End Day 1 Report--
After yesterday's action, I was hoping for a quiet day however that line of thought ended rather abruptly when I was ordered by Vice Admiral Malaign to attack an Outcast by the name of Abel.Montoya in his Sabre. He was a tough opponent with his 2 missile launchers and his nimble Sabre. An Order ship was also in the area by the name of Agent_002. He was surprisingly not hostile at first, until he was fired upon because of his affiliations. He fought against Lieutenant Commander Ypsilantis and destroyed his ship. I continued to fight Montoya with =CR=Switch and =CR=Berkut but even our numbers were no match against this Outcast. I was destroyed by his twin missiles in the Detroit Debris field and only watched the battle from my seat jetting away from the fight.
Afterwards, I began a patrol in California, finding Nevermore. He was apparently part of the LPI however he was in a Wrath Very Heavy Fighter. I questioned him and asked Sarge Bauer and Officer O'Brian to assist me as this was in their jurisdiction. He said he had a story even though he never shared it with us. During the stand-off, Deviant.Vortex repeatedly 'ordered' me to fire on him, claiming that he is an Admiral that was recently transferred over. Refusing his request, as I never heard of him, I kept my weapons on standby and continued to follow Nevermore. After the LPI officers arrived and questioned him, Nevermore tried to use the tradelanes and cruise to run but to no avail. He was eventually shot down and I believe that he is a spy due to his words "Reinhald will prevail!".
After the apparent 'spy', I began a patrol in Colorado finding [SRB]_SERBIAN_HUNTER with Rheinland Military identification and IFF. He claimed that he was protecting the Bounty Hunter PINOKIO from Corsairs through the Omegas. I scanned PINOKIO and he had top of the line defences with code named weapons so I assume that he was lying. Another problem was that SERBIAN HUNTER had no idea that there was an Embargo on Rheinland and thought Liberty and Rheinland were allies. LPI-SWAT-Jack.Bauer assisted me in taking him and the bounty hunter back out to Rheinland space through Texas.
An issue has arisen regarding the actions of a Captain in the Liberty Navy in relation to hiring a Bounty Hunter to neutralize a Harvester threat in New York. I fully back the Captain involved in the matter, however in an unprecedented event, the computer-controlled Harvester is threatening to press charges against the Captain involved! The Harvester claims that the Bounty Hunter needed a bounty posted on the Sirius-Wide-Web for the hunter to engage the Harvester. The Captain did however place a bounty on the Harvester's 'head' moments before the Hunter engaged. I think the Harvester's internal commands have malfunctioned or something because I'm pretty sure the Bounty Hunter can engage the Harvester even though there wasn't an official bounty posted on the Sirius-Wide-Web. If i am wrong, please correct me as soon as possible so we can avoid such an issue in the future.
Another matter that has come to my attention is the increasing number of people (mainly Freelancers and Mercenaries) being put on a 'Kill On Sight' list. My question is: where is this list posted? If the list does not exist, is it possible to create one? Trawling through hundreds of reports attempting to find out whether or not a person has been deemed KoS is highly inefficient, and could cost your life if the person in question is sitting right in front of you...and he opens fire.
