Please quit filing sanction reports on those people who have terrorist ID's and blow you up with little to no role-play. *cough* Mentira *cough* They (he) is allowed to do that within his RP.
' Wrote:Last time I looked, the ID said no such thing ... It says 'Can kill on sight' That does not mean silently.
And it's roleplay, not an engagement notice, no idea how many times we have got to say this.
So which is it gents?
As a new player is it hard enough when even the same faction can not get straight on their RP (like the Liberty Navy and their embargo against Rheinland, "TAGGED" LN players saying different things from different sources on the same subject, that is supposed to come from the same leadership).
Now we have an issue where the ADMIN are not on the same page. So how can ANY rule in particular to this subject be enforced by admin, when admin do not even agree publicly..
Playing against Mommy and Daddy on the same subject makes for poor RP guidelines.
Shame a sense of humour variation is mistaken for people not being on the same page ...
Mommy and Daddy are well aware of the rules. Thank you for your concern though.
Some say he is a proud member of: "The most paranoid group of people in the Community."
Boo-oo. Terrorist ID'd player always give Roleplay before engaging, it's a fact. Most of times, even if it's just a little bit, it's always better than half the people who are here just for the PvP can come up with. Seriously, I challenge you to find a single SRP on the server that won't Roleplay before doing anything. I dare you.

Well thats fine, and clears the issue up..
My apologies for not being able to read the tone in your text, or the sarcasm in your font..
"Good day, sir trader. Perhaps you would like a cup of tea and a slice?"
"Uuuumm.. y-yes... I'd love some?"
"Excellent. Hold on, I'll set the pot to boil. So, what do you think about the current political and economic situation of Bretonia? Smashing, isn't it?"
"Well, now that you mention it, I think that Bretonia is falling apart at the seems and its only a matter of time before Kusari pushes through Leeds..."
"Oh look, the water's done. Would you like one lump, or two?"
"Wow, I can't believe you're a Phantom..."
Anyone else see something wrong here?
I have a Phantom. It will engage targets that...
Flee without a word
Flee with words
Refuse to RP
Open fire
At the end of an RP where killing is mandatory
I have a Nomad Siege Cruiser and LF. They will engage targets that...
Attack
Are attacking other Keepers/Wild
Are Order and belligerent
Are in Omicron Iota, 99, Omega 55, 58, and Tohoku (or were and have been chased)
Are carrying Nomad remains
I have an Aoi Iseijin. It will engage targets that...
Are GC/BD (as I pose as a KNF ship)
Refuse to comply when I ask them to drop pilots
Attack me
Are in Tohoku
Are attacking other Iseijin
I have a Terrorist ID. It will engage targets that...
Do not RP
Attack me
Hmmm. Yeah, that sums it up. Not a single one of my characters just attacks for the sake of attacking. The Tundra will try to preach to you and convert you peaceably, my Iseijin acts like a normal KNF with a few liberties taken, my Phantom is rather wacky and I let plenty of targets go when the mood takes me (or when they sweet talk me, that almost always works), and my regular Terrorist ship... just... is there. I can't really explain it. Personally I've been thinking of getting rid of it, it's not much fun anymore.
This topic is just silly.
All of you whining don't have any of the above IDs. Grow up. If you stop and try to RP, you'll find your chances of living longer grow exponentially. I highly doubt anyone trusted with a Terrorist or pseudo-Terrorist ID would open fire on a target that's trying to talk. If they do, I really don't see how they deserve the ID (unless you're trying to talk sheer idiocy).

I had a phantom RP with me almost exactly like that in Omicron-Theta about a week ago. Was intending to help him deal with a pack of Bounty Hunters but he docked at the Freeport instead. Stupid Bounty Hunters not following no-fire-zone...
I have seven different Keeper ships ranging from the LF to a cruiser.
I will attack if:
-You attack me
-You refuse to RP
-You're carrying Nomad stuff of any sort
-You are attacking other Keepers/Wilde/Morphs/Iseijin
-You are in Iota, 99, 90*, 55, 58, Tohoku, or Chester
-You are being a particular annoyance to other players in the area
That last one tends to tick people off though, for some odd reason. I go in and rescue them from an irksome moron and they get all uptight and scream OMG NOMAD KEEL and start shooting.
Some people...
I have three different Iseijin ships.
I will attack if:
-You attack me
-You refuse to RP
-You're carrying Nomad stuff of any sort
(Exceptions being if there are a ton of witnesses. In those cases, I'll stalk and kill them later)
-You're attacking people I'm "allied" with, or if you attack Keepers/Wilde/Morphs/other Iseijin
(Wilde's a rare one though, don't much move from Kusari proper)
-You are in Iota, 99, 90*, 55, 58, Tohoku, or Chester
(Not often the first five though)
-You announce to the system "OMG WILDE!".
Other than those clauses, anything's possible, really.
*Only if you're farming Nomads.
