I'll keep it quick so I can get back to my patrol, my greatest appreciation for my promotion. I look forward to the added responsibility, command, but not the paperwork *laughs*. I look forward to seeing my fellow officers in the field, until next patrol, Ryans out.

"i have recently sold information about massive smuggler activities to one of your warship captains, and promised him after payment to upload evidence to the navy boards.
the smuggler past me at close range and docked with manhattan mooring fixture undisturbed. - at that time, nither police, nor navy was available and i was not aware of an official bounty on smugglers that could be caught "red handed", so no interference from the guild at that time. - in the little chat, it turned out that it this particular smuggler was not a first timer, but had "delivered" dozens of times before.
on behalf of the guild, i thank your Navy Captain for the payment of 100.000 credits and i will leave this information in your datafiles.
the smugglers name was, as you can see [OTC]LosCorruptos, captain of a pirate train full to the rim with ancient and possibly highly dangerous alien artifacts.
I began my patrol in New York, as my ship was being repaired on the Missouri the night before. I linked up with my other fellow officers which included the LNS-Dawn, LNS-Denver, LPI-SWAT-H.O'Brian[G], and Chris.K.J. Seeing New York secure for the moment, the Devner, LPI-O'Brian and I began a patrol in California. As we reached Mojave, we found Thalion5 in a Lane Hacker gunship carrying 2 Navy pilots, 8 civilian pilots and 1 bounty hunter pilot. We ordered him to drop the pilots in exchange for him leaving without any shots fired, as he was not threatening anyone. He complied and the pilots are currently in the medical center on Manhattan.
We continued to scour California, until we found a new group of rogues belonging to the ]M[. Their names are ]M[Posiden, ]M[Kaos, ]M[Artemis and Selina.Evette who was an outcast. Their force consisted of a pirate transport, a barghest and what I believe to be a Werewolf. I called for assistance and the Denver, LPI-O'Brian and later the Dawn and Chris.K.J. arrived. Suddenly, I was hit by a barrage by one of the pirates and we were engaged. I was able to score one kill while the Denver suppressed the rest of the attackers. The gunboats were called back, as the rest of the fighters dueled Selina.Evette and Kaos. The conclusion was the pirate group fleeing or destroyed while we recieved no losses.
Another event that occured is the appearance of an Outcast Destroyer by the name of Eventus. He was seen and engaged by the LNS-Massachusetts and later the Dawn. My information could be wrong however, as I was not present at the battle and was questioning a ship with nomad weapons. The Eventus was destroyed, as reported by the Massachusetts and New York was secure once more.
On a final note, I would suggest that any officers that come across a Gabrielle[S] scan her hold, as she was carrying a large amount of Nomad weaponry. She was last seen docked at Pittsburgh and could be around that area.
**Joe walks into the room and trows his helmet on his bed** "Tjees joe whats going on with you?" says Jenniffer one of his squadron members.

"Yea that bad" he replied with a grin.
"Now jennifer get out i got a report too write" he said with a sarcastic authoric voice.

Quote:Report:
Today i launched in my guardian too patrol Newyork and surrounding systems.
Not much was going on only some usual stuff people complaining about the navy, traders about pirates.
Later i saw a group of nomore than 5 xenos in california soo i contacted the local commandstation there the BS Yukon.
They informed me there were fighters in that group and possible bombers.
Well there was no other LN in space so i called all availible help i could get.
As we arrived in cali those Xenos were close too cali/NY jumphole.
I could even see there notorious leader Sidewinder.
The only thing those filth said was take them down.
1 Xenos was downed.
Than we lost the gunboat under heavy fire.
Anoter Xeno was shot down.
Than i faced Sidewinder.
At first i could hold my ground but this pilot is one of the best they have (why else is he the leader?)
In the end i was forced too eject.
The bounty was still fighting 3 to 1 well i hope he survived it.
Well that ends my report.
On a sidenote i hope we have soon more seasoned and recruits pilots in space.
More and more pirates take over the spaces in Liberty.
To: Liberty Lawful Personnel
From: Sup.Com. Mudslinger, White Tigers Leader
Subject: Greetings and Salutations.
Dear Sirs,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the leader of the White Tigers, a Mercenary Faction based in Cambridge. We are a purely lawful faction, interested in the protection of economic hegemony rather than the collection of bounties, and as such I would like to reassure you all that we will not be disturbing the sanctity of the peace within the borders of Liberty Space. We regularly fly escort & patrol wings across Sirius; should you or yours require use of our services, please do not hesitate to contact a [WT]-tagged ship. Furthermore, we are aware of the proscription of Mercenaries within New York System, and will not be entering without your express permission. In recognition of your sterling work suppressing pirate activity in the Omegas, and as our closest neighbours within Sirius, we are pleased to announce that we have designated our relationship as 'Friendly'. Should you have any queries, a message via private communications or in our message dump will receive a quick reply.
COMM ID: Vice Admiral David Hale
SUBJECT: Marcus Quintaine
It's a sad day when I have to make annoucements like this, however today is such a day.
Marcus Quintaine has shown himself to be unsuitable for active service and has been issued with a dishonorable discharge. Wreckless endangerment of life is not something which we put up with in the navy. Nor is insubordination.
For those reasons Quintaine has been removed from his position.
COMM ID: Deputy Chief of Police Karl Agathon
SUBJECT: Marcus Quintaine
With all due respect Admiral, I'd like to know your source of information as I was present at the event you speak of. I can certainly say that this officer was not endangering civilian lives and it was in fact the smuggler he was aiding the LPI in stopping which was endangering lives by not responding to our demands to stop. The smuggler in question led the police and navy on a chanse for OVER 20k and ignored constant demands to halt.
So Admiral, I highly suspect your source of information is either wrong or has a conflict of interest. (Hmm perhaps all those IC ships floating around trying to protect their IC smuggler friend?)
This officer has done nothing wrong in this particular situation and the charge of wreckless endangerment is unwarranted.
I can't say much of the other charge, but of the wreckless endangerment charge, I can safely say the officer in question is in fact innocent.

Evening, High Command. More computer problems have plagued the LNS-Indiana, so I have been spending my free time with computer technicians and what-not, trying to sort the problems out. This has been the main reason behind my lack of reports over the past couple of weeks.
Well, the day started off with a Zoner battleship, Peacekeeper-:-Elysium parking himself right outside Manhatten. When politely asking the Zoner to leave Liberty, because of his ship type, we were met with hostility. Captain Winston took command thereafter, but he didn't have much more luck in getting the Zoner to follow orders. Things started to escalate then when the Zoner started insulting the Liberty Navy and throwing threats around. After failing to follow orders to leave via the designated route, we were ordered to engage the target. The Battleship was no challenge for the might of the Liberty Navy, and Liberty was once again safe and secure.
I left a message for the Zoner's Council about the actions of this individual, here is the neural net link: --Message Link--
I'd like to bring it to the Council's attention that an Admiral of your, commanding the Peacekeeper-:-Elysium, has been convicted of the following crimes in Liberty:
Bringing an unauthorised battleship-class vessel into Liberty
Failing to follow Liberty Navy orders to leave Liberty, due to the fact he had a foreign battleship
Insulting Navy officers
Creating public hysteria by creating doubt about the law-enforcing ability of the Liberty Navy
Due to his failure to follow orders, his Battlestar Advanced was destroyed. We apologise to the Council for the loss of weapons, equipment and cargo on board the battleship, but it was necessary to ensure the safety and security of Liberty.
Since then, he has acquired another battleship and has returned to Liberty, once again pestering our forces and continuing to disobey orders. We'd prefer not to endanger the lives of the crew onboard the Peacekeeper, but if it comes down to it we will have to destroy it again.
We, the Liberty Navy, must insist you take disciplinary action on the Admiral in question.
Respectfully,
Lt. Commander Malrone

During the incident with the Zoner, we also had a run-in with a Rhienland Military gunboat who was trespassing in Zone-21. [RSO]Blackhand~Nassau was intercepted by myself and Captain Gafwmn leaving the secure zone. Apparently he was on a mission to New York to arrest Captain Winston. I told him there wasn't a chance in hell of that happening, and he must have got offended by that comment because he engaged me soon afterwards. Needless to say, my bomber and Gafwmn's Battlecruiser were too much for the lone gunboat, and the security threat was neutralised.
After dealing with the issues in New York, I was tasked a few missions in Texas and I remained there for the bulk of the working day.
I'm also glad to report that all of my ships (Avenger, Havok and Gunboat) have Liberty Guard IFF status.
Aboard the LNS-Indiana
*Hits the comms panel* Malrone: "C'mon you piece of..."
XO: "Sir, allow me" Fiddles around with the circuitry
XO: "There we are"
Malrone: "Ahh, thanks. Now, best get writing the report to High Command."
XO: "Yes sir" XO starts walking out of the room
Malrone: "Oh, and Phillip"
XO: "Yes?"
Malrone: "Have those computer technicians fired, would you?"
XO: "Righty-o sir"
Today started off with a pair of wise-cracking pirates attacking Agent Fox. Luckily, I was already in the area and the two pirate bombers went down without a hassle.
When returning to Manhatten to get my bomber in for repairs, i came across an Outcast Destroyer named Horizon. I gave chase, however i was quickly overpowered and was forced to eject.
After quickly acquiring a new bomber I was back just in time to catch a smuggler named VILE, carrying Cardamine directly to Manhatten. With no Liberty Police in sight, i took it upon myself to stop the smuggler. He managed to dock with Manhatten but soon undocked and was blasted when he failed to pay the fine.
Whilst being busy with the smuggler, I missed the massive Outcast Destroyer heading straight for Manhatten! The Destroyer, Arazak, had no armour however, and it took only a small force to destroy him and rescue the numerous hostages aboard his ship.
After the explosion of Arazak, i thought i had a concussion or something because i heard the voice of a Rhienlander over my comms systems. It was [RSO]Blackhand~Nassau again, still wanting the honorable Captain Winston to face trial in Rhienland. After once again telling him there wasn't a chance in hell of him getting to the Captain, he tried to bribe me! I told him to leave Liberty immediately and drop the case against Captain Winston or he would have me to face.
Whilst all this was going on, a known enemy of Liberty, William Breen, had once again been claiming illegal bounties on lawfuls. We saw him blow up a Bounty Hunter before our eyes but he knew he couldn't take on the entire Liberty Navy and started retreating. Vice Admiral Hale gave the order to pursue and kill the target. Unfortunately he made it to Magellan and he disappeared of our sensors soon after.
Much of High Command was out in the field when the following attack occurred, but I still feel it necessary to detail the fight. Well, the first sign of trouble was when Vice Admiral Hale reported three gunboats and a bomber disrupting the Norfolk-West Point tradelane. The pirates engaged VA Hale in his lone fighter. I arrived in the LNS-Indiana soon after, however my weapons systems were still linked to the faulty targeting systems...basically i had little to no chance of winning against even one of the gunboats. After VA Hale's ship was decimated, i decided to do what i could and acquired the bomber as my new target. Bewildered, the bomber was not ready for my attack and was destroyed. I ordered a Class-1 evacuation of the LNS-Indiana. Luckily all crew escaped without harm. My shift was already up, and so i decided to take a lunch break.
When i returned later in the day, Commander Ryans, Agent Fox and myself were faced with four enemy gunboats, as well as two hostile bombers. The LNS-Lexington came just in time, and we were forced into an engagement outside Battleship Missouri. With the Missouri scaring the gunboats off, we were forced to pursue the enemies outside of the range of Missouri's weapons. Things went downhill from there, with the LNS-Lexington quickly falling to the sheer amount of weapons fire. Commander Ryans ordered we fall back, however his comms systems failed soon after, hit by enemy weapons fire. I managed to escape with minimal damage. The Missouri must have shown the pirates who's boss, because when i returned later all of the pirates were gone.
