Hola Sylpheed. I hope this day finds you well and that you have succesfully evaded any of the law dogs out there. You realy should visit Rochester we can always use some more rogues to liven the place up.
But enough with that. I have aquired a rogue gunboat named the Tiburon through an associate. I am sending you this message to request permission to refit the vessel and fly it under the flag of the Junker Congress.
The data logs of how we aquired the ship can be found here. There will be more info in the future.
In the spirit of the continued cooperation between our two organizations, I would like to requisition the purchase of one of your Greyhound Heavy Fighters from Montezuma Base.
With the surge of Bounty Hunter and unfriendly mercenary activity, it has come to my attention that a fighter craft used specifically for the atomization of our corporate enemies and those Hunters that pander to their every whim may be a wise investment. While my current vessels are of course able to atomically disgronify the ships used by the tools of the corporate oligarchy, this ship purchase would merely represent an increase in the efficiency of dispatching our mutual foes, allowing me to return to the more profitable business of liberating credits from the corporate regime.

Boy...when i find the boy responcible for the diplomatic matter forewarding to my desk, ill stick him into a bloodhound...
Right, lad, seems this is an waay old message right here, so ill have to take in cound, that your request might have changed, as i hear the Hackers have developed their own light and heavy fighters, like the Bayonet.
Tho, if the request still stands, we need to agree with a given payback for such a deal, at times of such a tight buget, we cannot aford to just give our ships away, now can we?
The Liberty Rogues will not sell such vessels for the purposes of stirring up the hornet's nest that is Liberty. It's bad enough as it stands at this moment without adding yet another Scylla into the mix. My advice to your, sir, is instead of shooting you think about discretion being the better part of valour. Failing that you could simply stand still in space and die. Of course taking a few bombers in with you can help matters wondrously.
In short you'll not be getting a Scylla with Rogue permission and if we see you flying one we will hunt you down and destroy the ship rather than letting you make Rogue life mopre difficult than it already is.
Sylpheed Out.

Good day to you, Liberty Rogues. That's a pretty dramatic name, but it seems like a good thing to have a dramatic name. Who would listen to someone called the Liberty Huggers, right?
Err, getting off track again. I'm sorry, I'm not sure why Eva keeps asking me to talk to people. Maybe she thinks I talk too much? Because I usually don't.
Oh! Doing it again. Oh yes, I wanted to ask you something. You see, we have a couple transports we've acquired that have been shipping supplies in from a few places, primarily the Junkers. We've run across a couple places belonging to you all, namely a place called Fortaleza and the station called Dawson. Actually, I also heard of a place called Buffalo, but the fellow who mentioned it said they don't have very good food there.
As I was saying, we would like to officially acquire landing rights to these stations with our transports. We are willing to allow transports belonging to the LR to land at Darmstadt and Kaiserslautern if it's ever needed. The Hessians drop off plenty of their blood diamonds at our depots that we would be willing to drop off on occasion at these stations for you to distribute farther. Or something of the sort, I'm sure we could work something out. In any case, I'd like to remind you that all of our previous business dealings have been amicable.

Hmmm, I have checked the database provided for our older transfers, and, just like you, I shall ask from you a small favour in return. While Rogue vessels landing on those bases would be rather unlikely, a different reward is in order. Say 5% of what comes in to our base, hmmm? Now I am not the one to barter, friend, but ya can see when ya dock, that we have some material problems, so a small donation might be good every now and then, even if it's just 5%

Salutations, Rogues.
I'll get straight to the point. I understand you are the most powerful of the Rogue gangs at the moment. That makes you the foremost Liberty group we are willing to deal with.
We, the Red Hessians, are in possession of a large cache of a rare type of diamonds, as well as the means to mine and process them. These "blood diamonds" have already been tested on the Liberty market, and seem to be... as you Libertonians put it: "all the rage" in quite a few sectors. I wouldn't of course presume to bypass our earlier diamond trade agreements just like that, which is why I am offering to restart this deal:
As both our groups have a sizeable transport fleet, we will need a mutual freedom of landing agreement. Our own transports will specifically form routes to these bases: Dawson, Hudson; Padua, Galileo; Niverton, Pennsylvania. Access to your bases in New York would also be beneficial, as the system lies on the route to Padua and could be used as a refueling depot. Our transports are marked with our own IFF, and thus shouldn't be confused. In return, your transports are welcome on the following bases belonging to the Red Hessian movement: Vogtland, Dresden; Freital, Omega-5. These two bases are involved in the distribution of our diamonds.
As has been the case previously, our transports cannot rely on our own pilots to escort them beyond the bounds of Rheinland due to the significant costs involved in supplying and masking such an endeavour. This means that those transports will rely on Rogue security while hauling goods in Liberty. I am hoping for Rogue vessels to be informed to respond to any calls for help from RHA transports under attack by the capitalist dogs that enforce the Liberty government. We will of course oblige with the same courtesy against the Rheinland law and any stray Corsair mongrels that you may encounter in our sphere of influence.
These are the two most important terms. Depending on the situation we might want to include other terms or renegotiate standing ones in the future, and I fully reserve that right should it be required. If the mentioned terms are found unacceptable, provide a good counter-offer and we may reconsider. I am hopeful that I will recieve a response to this message as soon as possible. After all... in Liberty you have a saying: "Time is money".

Greetings, Major Hoerst, once more, indeed we shall cut to the chase, as, indeed, time is money in Liberty. I have heard about these diamonds as well from a guy on Niverton. Seen a few pictures, aye, those things are pretty indeed.
So what you ask from us here is the protection of your convoys, and I must say, that while usually our men are spread out helping the cardamine trade, the Outcasts have increased their patrols over the region and things should get a lot more free at this point.
This request shall be discussed with Sylpheed himself, as, while I do not see anything wrong with such an offer, if, the bases given for our convoys to land have these goodies to purchase.
But indeed, until said otherwise by my boss, any LR- taged rogue, if not on an urgent mission, can be contacted via direct comms and asked for help. But, since, the rest of the rogues might not be in our deal here, i must advise you stay alert on any time when in Liberty, some of these rookies might just start pestering your ships. We shall see to it, that the word goes out and you should not be harmed.
For the time being, this deal can be already put to good use starting from now.
