We spent considerable time off of Gran Canaria today just keeping a watch on things. It was a busy place for the better. Traders mostly with a Freelancer, Hogosha and a couple of Junkers. We saw on long range scanners some SCRA in Omega 52 but they kept to themselves.
One thing we saw was, well, down right unusual. A Gaian battleship passed through. We thought for a moment we were in for it but they kept going. We stayed until we received a request for assistance in Baffin, which is where we decided to call it a day.
Bah, can I take that new gal and all her fury to 52 and teach them boys a lesson in manners? I'm sure you will say no, but it would be great practice. Well, unless I get the clearance from her Geodeness I will of course stay out of 52. But P-P-P-Pleeease Eddie?

I was eating pie at Sophie's when I learned of Kyte's little adventure. My sister is a superb trader and a noteworthy negotiator, flirt, what have you. I'm afraid I'm to blame for her recent infringement. You see a mutual friend had seen fit to make a personal loan for my armor upgrade, and when that happens, Kyte has to work double time to make up the flax, Goddess love her. So of course, Kyte is going to try to save time and make as much as possible. To that end, I understand her faux pas. . Where my sister is concerned, I would have little tolerance for anyone who would attempt to put her in harm's way. Fortunately, she was able to wriggle herself out of the spot she had gotten herself into. I've had a word with her and she will be in compliance to avoid further unnecessary attention?
After reading Doc Holiday's message, I decided to dock at Gran C. and eat one of Sophie's delicious pies...the whole thing. It comforts me when I get irked. I took the message to indicate a blustering Bretonian 'full court' press to hand over a Freeport. We can take care of our own, thank you very much. So I gobbled down my desire to suggest an alternate location for assumptive comments and 'suggestions' from someone who clearly has over extended. I'm not the philosopher that Kyte is... I tend to strike when I feel a threat to myself or family. TAZ is my family and all zoners are my relations. I will fight with a glad heart to defend family. I don't look for fights (usually) but I DO finish them.
That said, your request is awfully temptin', however, I serve at the pleasure of "Big Daddy" Mal and would never bring hostilities to our yard. My responsibility includes not only physical defense, but also the defense of our 'relationships' and neutral stance throughout Siruis. I fly a thin line but the line does exist, as prescribed by my superiors. The faith and trust that has been given to me is worth far more than my ego could ever afford. So I must, with all admiration and respect, say... thank you but no thank you.
If, at anytime, you should require my assistance in the event of any unforeseen emergency, please know that Kyte can reach me and that I shall be there for you directly!

Ralston seemed genuinely concerned about abuses of our hospitality by certain Corsairs. We'd like direct documentation of any "infringements" of that hospitality.

somehow i woke up 2 hours ago in the bar on Ibiza, wearing some outcasts pants on my head, 3042 credit bar tab, and with 250lb GC on top of me. also Cardi seemed to be sprinkled liberally in all directions.
I have not a clue what happened, but it must have been one hell of a time haha

I'd be more than happy to help out at FP1.... I can rig up a GB to monitor, support and help visiting folk understand and enjoy the local traditions...
Actually, thinking about it, this could be a chance to launch the ol' Zoner Dessie for a much needed space service test. Heh! That ship needs to flex a few space muscles, there's been no real action for her since the Harvesters...
