COMM ID:Cpt. Richard Westbrook, Secondary Fleet. TARGET ID:Liberty Forces General Channel SUBJECT:LNS Manhattan ENCRYPTION:High PRIORITY:Medium
I would wish to inform the High Command as well as the rest of Navy battalions that the results of the Osiris project over these past twenty years have allowed a second prototype being built at Juneau Shipyard, baptized as LNS Manhattan.
The Manhattan will be put in active service in matter of hours and will starting performing its regular duties defending the House of Liberty. That will be all for now.
Group of hostiles identified near Manhattan. Assets of the Liberty Rogues, Independent Pirate Networks, Hellfire Legion and Reavers. Five hostiles confirmed.
Most of the targets scrambled after they shot down a friendly LABC.
Opened fire on Silver Reaver. Target went full evasive and started heading towards the Detroit Debris Field. Continued pursuit while maintaining fire on target. After a few minutes, target ship was in flames.
The Coral Sea was dispatched to West Point after a call was put out of a Rogue assaulting a civilian transport on the trade lane to California. The trader was however destroyed before the Coral Sea could arrive. While returning to Norfolk, a Junker "Salvager" Frigate stopped in front of Norfolk, to the starboard bow of the Coral Sea. Additional forces were requested immediately, but none arrived throughout the engagement. Upon scanning it, a large quantity of Counterfeit Software was detected. When ordered to surrender it, he attempted to bribe the officers of the Coral Sea and directly stated he had connections to space traffic control at Norfolk, though this is unsubstantiated. Two warnings later, a Rogue Barghest-class heavy bomber engaged the Coral Sea, only to be driven off by a combination of her own batteries and the defense batteries of Norfolk. Before the Rogue was driven off however he had managed to land four torpedoes to the Coral Sea, one of which caused a temporary data loss in her auxiliary visual data recorder - including the recordings of the gun camera feeds. The Junker then made a run for Norfolk's docking bay, substantiating his claim of influence within Norfolk. Before he could initiate docking procedures, his vessel was destroyed.

"Salites to Admiralty"
I'm bringing you a report from California system, where Lt.Commander Remus and I managed to stop illegal activity, artifact smuggling. Deep in "Whitney Ice Field" we found Unioner transport ship fully loaded with artifacts, his final destination will remain unknown at this point but that isn't matter anymore. Lt.Cmdr Remus disrupted his engines and the negotiations have started. We did all to save another human life but captain was unreasonable, he actually risked lives of his crew and himself by shooting us. Captain of the cargo ship tried to defend his cargo at all costs.
With two heavily armed fighters we did create several hull breaches on his vessel which resulted in cease-fire and new negotiations, bad smoke was coming from the cargo ship and nothing else captain could done to escape terrible situation without handing over all artifacts, at least we thought that. We, for just one second stopped our fire and captain tried to double cross us. Irony for his life started again.
Enemy ship was so close to destruction when we received another cease-fire offer from the captain itself, finally he accepted all our terms and he dropped his illegal cargo which was destroyed on the sight by Lt.Cmdr Remus. Unfortunately, that simply wasn't enough for his freedom. Taking his offer I made him a trap which was waiting him on all exits from the system. To bad for him, he should learn not to break first offer.
TARGET ID:Liberty Navy High Command SUBJECT:Patrol Report #OED-2862: California Encounters ENCRYPTION:High PRIORITY:High
Tonight I was on patrol in the California system when long range scans picked up a name I recognized moving into Cortez. This was [color=#FF6666]Heavy.Metal.Queen, a Pilgrim-class liner that I had encountered the previous day in Manhattan orbit. She wasn't doing anything illegal at the time but some of the things she said and implied raised some alarms. In fact, I had specifically warned her captain, Kaisha, not to smuggle in Liberty space, promising to catch her if she did. I decided it would be worth a trip to the Cortez jumphole in California to see if the ship might be trying to enter Liberty with ulterior motives.
I had only been at the jumphole for a moment when the Heavy Metal Queen emerged... with two escorts. One was Sanguis, a freelancer-tagged Hathor gunboat, captained by Felicia Ariss. The other one was a Hackers-tagged Sabre, Inexorable.Night, who had engaged me at Manhattan yesterday and destroyed my ship.
Not to mention, the Heavy Metal Queen had a hold chock full of Cardamine.
Both escorts locked me up and looked ready to shoot, however the Queen wanted to talk first. After tossing out a few crude insults, Kaisha, the captain, offered me the sum of five million credits to buy my silence on the matter. Of course I refused, and informed her that attempting to bribe or extort the Liberty authorities was also a crime.
Considering the situation, I quickly judged that I wasn't going to be able to stop these ships from continuing on their way, however the proof I had gathered of their crimes was more valuable than any futile attempt to stop them. I decided to beat a hasty retreat that seemed to surprise them, as they didn't engage me on my way out of the field.
I elected to drop this message off at the routing station at Los Angeles, due to its urgency.
I would strongly suggest that all three ships be banned from Liberty space altogether, due to their collusion with the smuggling effort which I suspect has been going on for some time now. The cardamine problem is a visibly growing concern in New York, and we need to start cracking down on these known smugglers and their associates at all times, not just when we can catch them drug-running.

Greetings, sirs.
Reporting on some of the successes over the past several days.
Our first success involves action against some [color=#FF9900]Lane Hacker affiliated Gunboats with the lead tag of SOB-. I don't have any indication if the meaning of that is other than what's obvious, but working with Commander Kentaurus Toliman while I commanded the LNS Chico we engaged a pair of them and dusted both.
While on a later patrol with Commander Toliman we were summoned by Vice Admiral Rachel Baker to assist with a pair of Xenos over Manhattan. We downed both, but the Admiral's fighter was lost.
I would also like to report the downing of a pair Rheinland Cruisers in Liberty space today, including one of the infernal BDM| tagged vessels. Both were taken as a joint operation between Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Force personnel.
I regret that the following can only be considered a partial success, as we were unable to stop the vessel. The subject, The.Train, is a Junker affiliated and papered vessel we caught hauling Artifacts. Unfortunately it made it to Manhattan before we could halt it, but we have the evidence of its actions. Additionally, a cross-linked report made by a Bounter Hunter can be located here.

[font=agency fb]Rogues in New York
[color=#99FF99] Shortly after I launched my ship for a patrol, there was chatter over system comms that sounded like somebody was being robbed. I investigated and found two Rogues on the trade lane to California. As soon as I showed up, the Werewolf engaged while the Bactrian tried to cloak. I focused fire on the Werewolf when the Bactrian ran out of fuel and engaged me. I destroyed them both without much damage to my ship. While sifting through the wreckage, I found a Cerberus codename weapon. It can be moved to either an evidence locker or the armory, wherever it is needed most. After the battle, I went to patrol California when I ran into a Barghest at the jumpgate. She didn't waste much time in opening fire, but she was destroyed pretty quickly.
COMM ID:Lieutenant Commander Alan Polstari TARGET ID:Primary Fleet Command HQ SUBJECT:EvGO in Alaska ENCRYPTION:High PRIORITY:High
Greetings, sirs.
The vessel tagged as [color=#FF6600]EvGO was caught in violation of the Alaska system earlier today. I would like to submit the following evidence of its trangressions and request immediate application of the FR5 protocol. I would not do this lightly, but I have on repeated occasion warned the captain of this vessel that its attempts to pass through that system would be met with force, yet it continues to ignore these warnings. Perhaps if he finds that Liberty herself doesn't welcome him he will learn a lesson or two about the veracity of my statement.

[font=agency fb]Barghests everywhere
[color=#99FF99] I met with Alexis Hunter in New York and we decided to patrol California where we had word of Rogue sightings. We eventually found them hiding at Alcatraz Base, and we engaged. After some time, both the Pirate Transport and the Barghest were destroyed. I patrolled New York alone for awhile until I received more reports of Rogues in California. Ian Johnson responded to my reinforcement request and we left to intercept. The Rogues were initially ready to be arrested, but they then refused and we engaged. Ian downed the first Barghest quickly, and left me to destroy the other one in a duel. With this report, I would also like to say that I have flown my required 8 hours.
