Can Outcasts use it? Or is this Rheinland Pirates only?
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,

If it's Inforcard states it's made by Bundschuh, it could be a bit hard for Outcasts to get their hands on it. As you know, Bundschuh wants (after what i know) maintain their neutrality in the OC vs 'sair war. Which is of course not that easy when you're allied with Hessians.
Perhaps if Bundschuh would sell them towards Hessians, Outcasts could get some (VERY few). Especially as the Bundschuh isn't that rich, and has not that good access towards materials. And it's small faction (Also NPC wise, not only player wise).
Of course, i don't know the Infocard *looks for Xing*
In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.

Any idea what the stats are?

Actually , aldo we are brothers with the Red Hessians , that doesn't mean we like the Outcasts. Outcasts smuggle cardamine within Rheinland , trying to adict the people of our nation. That is something we wont alow. So I would say that an Outcast would need a pretty good excuse to get his hands on a ship like that .However , the information about it and it's origins are not yet released , so I suggest you wait until the new mode.

There are three problems with that statement:
1: Addict is spelled incorrectly.
2: Outcasts don't smuggle. The junkers do that for us.
3: The Junkers take the cardamine to Liberty, because the profit is so much better, and so the RM won't care, since we're poisoning Liberty [which hasn't worked yet].

Yes , I agree that the Junkers also play a role of cardamine smugglers for the Outcasts. But they rely mainly on themselves in the evergoing mission to force cardamine onto every house of Sirius , does giving the Outcasts emense power , both political and financial.
To say that Junkers and Outcasts bring cardamine only to New York ,because "NY pays more" , shows how little you are aware of the actuall lore and role play of FLDisco. Outcasts don't smuggle cardamine , because of the money ,well not mainly because of the money , they do it so that they can control people. Outcasts are the only suppliers of cardamine and they take advantige of that , because "What you can destroy , you control.".
My spelling is not realy a matter of great concern here , I'm fully aware that my spelling skills are not top noch , but again that isn't a matter for discussion in this topic.

Made in what shipyards?
Bundschuh base outline:
Bruchsal (a pebble)
Bielefeld (the minimum size non-pebble base in Freelancer's .cmp files)
In 4.85, we get another pebble.
And that's about right, seeing as we do what we can to avoid pirating and rather stick to diamond interdiction and picketing and the like. We're like a Boston Tea Party gang drawn from college-students. And even space-German college students aren't exactly rich to begin with.
The result is that we have the intelligentsia to design them and test them, and through that get rights to sell them on our bases after they've been imported from elsewhere. Elsewhere being shipyards or ship-producing facilities belonging to people not us. The IMG, Zoners, Red Hessians, and even the Junkers are pretty fair possibilities. The IMG and Hessians being the more likely, seeing as to their Rheinland-ness; although we're on pretty good terms with the Junkers.
As I recall though, the BW ships were a project involving the Zoners, so this ship would quite possibly originate from their ship facilities. Depending on how the ship relates to the Coalition, it could instead be made in their shipyards with a little of our help and that's how we get a few copies.
Fundamental question:
Who actually builds the ship? And don't say "the Bundschuh" unless we're inheriting the State Treasury of the Federal Republic of Rheinland, in which case I'll order 100 of these and 2 Xeno Battlefliers.
As for Bundschuh/Outcast relations, we don't like them. Even if the trade system is borked so that cardamine doesn't end up in Rheinland a lot, if you read the rumors on New Berlin, the Outcasts *are* trying to addict the people of Rheinland and doing a better job of it than we'd like. Sometimes the Junkers carry it, sometimes Outcasts do. We don't really care, it comes from the Outcasts and we don't want to be enslaved to them. Plus, they're foreigners with funny haircuts. That said, we also don't like the Corsairs since they invaded Rheinland. Basically, we want both of them to keep their paws off of Rheinland.
The Red Hessians, being our generous benefactors, can do whatever the hell they want with what we give them, and we won't complain unless the Outcasts come and pick it up with a transport full of cardamine.
Yue, I think the resident Bundschuh faction is asking you politely to not hoist it on them.
Submit it as a generic "borderworld" civilian vessel, that way you can still fly it and Freelancers can get their hands on something that doesn't stink of Outcast.
