"this is a formal complaint about one of your officers, [KNF]Skopton. - this officer - besides of applying an unusual rude tone, appeared to misinterprete the laws of the Codex.
"Except licensed vessels, export traffic of the following products from Kusari to the Taus is restricted to Samura, Kishiro and GMG (ID+IFF). Plutonium, Deuterium, H-Fuel, MOX, Military Vehicles, Light Arms, Ship Hull panels, Engine Components.
Gaijins found exporting the above listed products will be escorted to the nearest Kusari base or requested to drop the cargo on spot if escort not available or engage if refuse.
Fine: 500k~1M"
now, this passage concerns the cargo i was carrying - but unfortunately - your officer "appeared" to think that my vessel was ... ahh... exporting... deuterium FROM honshu away - while it is clear that a zoner vessel heading TO honshu FROM Gran Canaria would of course haul high quality Deuterium to honshu. - so it was no export traffic - and the Tau systems were never concerned - as my log shows that i came from sigma-17 ( omicron theta, omega-41, omega-47, omega-49 ). too bad your officer never requested these log files.
now, we zoners are not really very happy to be treated as "petty smugglers" when what we do is not only perfectly legal - but also benefits the state of those that we trade with. - this ship enabled kusari to export Plutonium to Lancarote, and import zoner Deuterium to Kusari for their effords in their conflict.
unfortunately, we will adjust the route after this - rather unfortunate incident and the misinterpreted law.
henceforth, -the.Fringe- may not include Honshu in its trade anymore, no more cobalt, no more deuterium from this vessel - unless the officer in question sends an official explanation of his actions to the govermental trade command of GC.
furthermore, i should also mention that the officer in question - above never asking the origin and destination of the vessel never mentioned the fine ... IF it had been justified, but threatened with the destruction of this vessel.
this officer was confronted with the misinterpretation of the codex - but was adamantly sticking to his interpretation - which is a sad thing, as it should not happen that a zoner trader appears to know the wording of the law better than the officer. - especially since the high command itself ... bolded the specific parts of the law itself.
best regards, Richard Bach - Captain of the zoner Tradeship -the.Fringe-"
(// situation: pirate train, zoner IDed / tagged, approached Honshu with a load full of deuterium from sigma-17. - no order from the KNF officer was ever disobeyed, - the officer asked the trader to halt - and then ordered the trader to sell the cargo at honshu. from the very start, the trader was accused for smuggling ... during the chat, in RP nastinesses were exchanged, which i would of course never mention in a RP complaint )

Good day Cpt. Richard Bach,
you have my sincere apologies for what happened there and I have seen with this eyes that the problem is being addressed right now.
Please accept as a gift this free license to trade in restricted export goods in an attempt to soften any possible "nastinesses" done to you.

Dragon gunboat was trying disturb peacefull flow of cargo thru tradelane between New Tokio and Honshu jumpgate. There is no excuse for piracy in heart of our empire. Emperor's samurais have their swords allways ready to slain all his enemies and this dragon was one of them without any doubts.
I started my patrol today from the battleship Nugumo in the Kyushu system when a report came that the Blood Dragons were attempting to establish an outpost in sector E4.
Upon arriving I could make out a small outpost still under construction protected by 4 weapons platforms and a small squadron of fighters. I was able to destroy the platforms rather swiftly, torpedoes proved very effective.
I was able to eliminate most of the Dragon's fighters as well but had to allow 2 of the cowards to escape so I could respond to a more pressing matter that arose.
A distress call was received from Planet Kyushu. I do not know how but a Bretonian Armed Forces Gunship had managed to penetrate our outer defenses and was attacking. I can only speculate the Bretonians had help from the Blood Dragons infiltrating Kusari space.
Myself and Shoi Byakuya also responding to the call, engaged the Bretonian identified as "BAF|Red.Baroness" and fought honorably but were defeated. Fortunately our escape pods were undamaged and we were ferried back to Nugumo.
While I regret the loss of another ship I feel it would have been dishonorable to allow the Bretonians to run rampant with no resistance at all.

Konnichiwa honourable Samurai. I wish my message came with better news. I have been flying along side the KNF, and helping their endevours when possible. However, a new nuisance has come to our system. This gaijin believes that he can simply bring harmful narcotics to our system, ones that threaten the life and well being of our people.
The perpetrator in question is "Goliath." Earlier today, he was seen carrying 3000 units of Cardamine in our system. I pursued the suspect, asking him to stop, but he resisted. When he came under fire he docked on New Tokyo. I sent a request to the police there, but he seemed to be able to avoid detection when docked on the ground. As he made a break towards Shikoku, I began to peruse him, with the help of a new KNF recruit. However, my ship inconveniently encountered an ion storm as I went to disrupt his trade lane. The minute the scum gained was enough to ensure his passage out of our system.
I trust you will deal with him should he be seen in Kusari again. Should I see him, he is as good as dead. These drugs are against our best interest for Kusari and I will not be idle as these gaijin damage the well being of our people.

Some issues tonight in Tokyo. first there was a bounty hunter in am Orca gunboat who refused to leave. I asked him 3 times but he still refused. then he opened fire on a passing order GB. so he was dealt with accordingly. his name was Night.Fire or something. keep an eye out for him.
Then a dragon appeared. he was refusing to leave and then he opened fire on a Hogosha ship.
He was flying a bomber. he downed 3 ships with his snac and mines. he truly was an ace. but in the end he commited suicide by entering the Fuji atmosphere. we have to intensify our patrols in New Tokyo I think.

The Bounty hunter in question was called nights_fire and he also fired upon my Civilian bomber without warning near the honshu jump gate, after repeated hails to leave Kusari I caught up with him again at Shinigawa Station where again he refused to leave the system.
I would like to convey my deapest thanks to your brave officer Senzo and would also like to thank the brave Order pilot Auza-Wandilaz for helping to remove this dishonourable pilot from Kusari who had the nerve to suggest that the emporer himself should compensate him for his lost earnings should he leave!

The mercenaries MD-1032 and Cunne.Shote are now wanted in Kusari, possibly dead.
While dealing with an outcast in Honshu, these two gaijins had the dishonour to open fire with deadly force upon our patrol, turning the engagement to our defeat.
The ship NBT Supernova was also sighted with Plutonium and synth weed, by resisting arrest he is now charged of the regular fines.

Subject: Phantoms...
Today was meant to be a quiet day. I was enjoying my rice-cakes on planet Kyushu, lovely food those farmers cook, nice and home-grown. However, a distress signal came from a ship in Honshu. A ship falling apart. A ship falling prey to the Phantoms.
It was only two vessels, the Fighter, a Ravenclaw, and the bomber, a Taiidan model. I engaged the fighter in Honshu first, in an effort to stem the flow of civilian blood. I was making good enroads into the fighter, without losing so much as my shield. The bomber was nowhere to be seen at this time, but made its presence known after another civilian ship fell to it.
They engaged me simultaneously, but still, my shields held strong. These Phantoms are over-rated, in my humble opinion.
Sensing the end was near, the claw backed away and hacked the jump gate, appearing in New Tokyo. I swiftly followed, but a contingent of Blood Dragon regulars blocked my path, cruise distrupting me. I had no way to catch either of my prey, my CM systems failing again as well as my Cruise Distruptor launcher jamming.
But then, the Phantoms showed their true colours. Running, even though they outnumbered me, they showed their dishonour. They are the personification of a true discrace to the Kusari nation, and the whole of Sirius. I despise their lack of any sense of rightousness to such an extent, that I have experienced more honour from every Bretonian pilot I've met in battle. Compared to the Phantoms, it was an honour to have fought and to fight any Bretonian.
The disgrace to Kusari, the disgrace to all the peoples of Sirius was intolerable. Long range sensors showed a jump to Hokkaido being made. I could not let them go unpunished. I could not let them get away with no consequences.
I pursued the bomber, Defiler, into Hokkaido. I followed it all the way through Chugoku and into sigma 13. I hate to say it, but I let my anger get the better of me. They were already engaged with a lone GMG pilot around Naha, and I engaged a total of three Phantoms.
The GMG pilot soon fell to the Phantom's combined might. However, when they turned their guns to me, my shields still held strong. Against a Praetorian, a Catamaran and a Taiidan, they were confident. Too confident.
The Praetorian pilot was conveniently the same pilot as the Ravenclaw from earlier, so I engaged him first. He took a while, his armour repelling my fire, but he eventually succumbed.
Sensing the tide turning against them, they retreated to Chugoku. Defiler's armour was starting to take a beating, and the cowardly ... I wont say that. They retreated yet again to Tau 63. Overconfident as I was, I followed and engaged again.
They had obviously sent a forward message to Mito shipyards. I was swarmed by guard Chimaera's, and in addition to both Phantom pilots, my shields started to fall. In an effort to clear the air, I began releasing my mines, knowing that the Phantoms dare not distrupt them, for fear of angering their rescue party. My mines were unsuccessful, only claiming one guard.
With no option left, I had to dishonour myself and retreat from there. Still, I feel no shame, fighting those disgraces is like trying to catch a small fish. We need a net, not a spear.
I will increase my patrols in the coming week to catch them. I will destroy them all. Their disgrace and dishonour that they inflict upon Sirius will not go unpunished!
Today was a very busy day...what appears to have been a normal duty day...was more than that.
After the first 30 minutes after i was on patrol a Blood Dragon Bomber([Sentai-86]Shinigami) appeared and insulted the empire. He told me to confront him at planet kyushu, so i did. There we had not quite such a long fight but a little difficult, and after a while i defeated him, but he couldn't stand the defeat like a man and ran into planet kyushu.
After the fight i had some quite time. Just caught someone trying to move Plutonium to the Tau's (RacerWay) so i made him pay the fine and escorted him back to honshu to sell it!(Afterwards he aquired a License for trading Plutonium into the Tau's)
Just after i left RacerWay behind into Honshu some trespasers appeared into Hiroshima so i went straight there. There were 2, InertCheesburger and NOVA-5. The first one paid the fine and appologised for he didn't know. Now the second one didn't even stoped at my call and he was also having slaves onboard.
And later today when i was heading back for Kyushu i caught a smugler carying Cardamine wich same as NOVA-5 didn't stop at my call, and ran to Ainu depot.(Icharus.Trask)
Just when i was about to go home i encountered another one trying to haul Engine Components and Light Arms to the Tau's! This time was a zoner(ZCL-Bankai). At first he understood he broken the law and cooperated. But after he heard about the fine he began insulting me and the Kusari Empire, about us beeing pirates, and he turned to make a run for it thru the trade lanes. I deactivated the lanes but he activated his cruise engines, i managed to get his shield down, but my ship lacks CD so he got to cruise speed, i was on his tail for a little while, until some Blood Dragons engaged me and disrupted my engines, and the Zoner escaped to Hokkaido.
