All right I'll bow to majority view, it seems. Caps will be banned from Alcatraz, fighters and bombers will be allowed to base from there. Would this improve the situation?

They do get there though, how I have no idea. I flew my RM-1 there once, never again. And LR- caps won't be banned from Alcatraz as they will be the reason other caps are. We have an RM-1 and five GB's parked there, that's a lot of capships, not to mention a P-Train a firefly and four P-trnasports. The Rogues have a lot of big ships.

I think that this is a bit harsh, I mean, if it was a restriction on capships owned by neutrals I could understand, but (correct me if I'm wrong) saying no to all allies of the Rouges is rather bold, it could mean cash or cardamine or food is coming in, and who would deny it.
Though no caps docking without a good reason might be more agreed on.
You want Alcatraz to be a official faction only base? My Liberty Rogue gunboat can not dock at the only two Liberty Rogue bases within Liberty space? Can you seriously abuse your admin rights any further than this, i don't think so for something of this level would not fly with any other faction.
Restricting capitals docking on some of the smaller bases, I can see (as pointed out, getting an RM-1 to Buffalo is a pain, never mind docking), as Rogues do not want to draw attention to themselves, but flat out stating "no one else on Alcatraz" seems a little odd...you have a guard base to "base" off of if you feel the need for your "own" or a "home" base.
I suppose the Rogues are in kind of a unique position, being an unlawful faction with so many bases, but this move does smack of "I want the best toys, get out"...
Cap restrictions, yes (I hear that Liberty is capship hell (dunno, I gave up there a long time ago:P), but general ship restrictions? Not so sure...
And Kindred this has been in operation since I became faction leader of the Rogues, it has nothing to do with my Admin position. And never has, and never will have.
The restriction on capships doesn't apply to transports as that would be stupid.

Only LR tagged ships can dock at Alcatraz has been operation since you became faction leader?
Where was this posted, the sub-basement? I've never seen it and it's utter ridicule, you have a guard system, go buy it and don't take a public base.
I don't believe any other faction could pull that off or would even try knowing it would be blocked by the admins. Unless of course the faction leader is a admin, guess that is the case here.
Cruisers and up getting stuck at Buffalo is a pain and i'll go with that but leave Alcatraz alone since it's the only other base within Liberty for the rogues, all others are in the border worlds.
Liberty Rogues means Liberty i will not move my Rogue gunboat to the borderworlds, i will stay in my ZOI where i belong and i will not join your inactive faction to do it.
I'm going to have to bite the bullet and agree with mb52 here. Although the circumstances were a bit different, shooting a ship of your own faction with no more provocation than basing yourself at a certain station... Well, I see a problem there. Since you've already repealed your decision about non-LR vessels at Alcatraz, I won't argue about that. This may not be abusing your powers as an admin, but it is as a faction leader, imo. If someone else couldn't do it, why can you? (Even though you may have had this as a ruling for a while now, I was unaware of it, and I think many others here were as well. That would be the reason why it wasn't discussed before.)
I would understand doing this for a neutral, or at the very limit, an allied vessel, but destroying your own faction's capital ships when, as you've said yourself, the Rogues simply don't have that many ressources... Well, that simply doesn't make much sense to me. If they don't have enough resources to maintain such craft, why on Earth would they destroy them for such a small matter?
I say do as ProwlerPC said about the GMG; if you don't like it, then don't RP with them in the future. Otherwise, I'm afraid it would be close to the same situation as that involving the Order, as mb52 has mentioned.

EDIT: After some further thought, I suppose Buffalo would make sense to put off-limits to capital ships. However, I do believe destroying ships that don't follow your instructions is out of line. Think of another solution, or simply ignore them.
EDIT2: What Linkus said.
THEY TOLD ME I COULD BE ANYTHING SO I BECAME A SIGNATURE PLS HLP
When it comes down to it, I'll dock on the base if it suits my needs at the time. If I have an option to dock elsewhere and it isn't that much of a fuss then I'll dock elsewhere. Simple as.
In terms of Junker bases, I'll follow the same as the above.
Give and take is what I would say when it comes to these sort of things.
The people who make the effort to make these RP posts ought to be treated with at least some respect for that. If you disagree, raise the argument with them and try figure out a compromise. Most people that tend to ignore these RP posts simply do it to be an ass, I know I have on occassion:P
In the end, a little bit of respect goes a long way for everyone.
