but Cruiser power core has way faster recharge rate than BS's, BS power core takes ages to charge up.

Interesting ideas. Another thing I'd like to see is changing the light trebuchet effect to a red version of the light mortar effect, which, IMHO, looks like a star trek quantum torpedo. Which, ultimately, is why I love the effect.

I don't really _love_ the mortar effect, but it works. I'd prefer a slightly upscaled LM effect, personally. It's quite nice.

Hint hint.

Coughbump.

I'd like more opinions on this one, and perhaps a stronger official word.

You forget the range, Kelt.
Big difference.

Light Mortar to snipe = range.

BR to pwnd gunboats = no need range (or so few).

That's not really the premise of this weapon.
Sometimes the Light Mortar just takes way too much energy to be used as a primary sort of weapon for the more economically sized cruisers.

*coughs out something that sounds like "Bump"*

We need this weapon. That and a slightly moar powerful BR. I can beat up GBs faster with my LM than with BRs.
