As to the AFA in Leeds, perhaps some definition of their role with regard to the KNF is in order. I'm not sure they should be attacking the BAF's strong point head on, but then can they do their normal thing with such a presence around? I think they should stick to the secure areas of Kusari - all the main systems up to the occupied Taus.
But then I don't think the Privateers should be in New Tokyo much either. The logistics of it seems very much pushing it. They have to operate from several systems away and manage to get farther than everyone else in the BAF, who are getting pushed back? Perhaps more attacks in South Kusari and the independent worlds there? After all, don't you have the entire Bretonian armed forces to take care of the Tau front - why not strike where the trade is coming from where they think they're safe.
If Corsairs and Outcasts can pirate many hostile systems away from home, what's stopping someone else of a similar inclination?
WE get it bluntpecil, you believe that the AFA should joing the KNF. Thanks for saying the same thing over and over again for the past 3-5 posts. You've enlightened me.

You're right, blunt. What's stopping those Xenos from taking out the dirty foreigners in their own systems? Hell, any day now, the Unioners will be knocking at the Queen's palace in New London. And while we're at it, why not invite the Golden C into Rheinland? Loosen up those militaristic stiffs a little, eh?

I'm not entirely sure there is a difference, but! on that note, I don't think it's the best idea for those groups to do either.
What's the current status with the GC? I think there could be lots of potential for interesting situations if a wing of privateers was operating from Okinawa and attacking far behind the line.
Though, about the rest of this, couldn't the Emperor just give all the AFA a Letter of Marque and nominal positions in the KNF to resolve this line of argument? Alternately, perhaps the BAF could convince the Mollys to cause trouble in Kyushu, parallel to FA actions?

No.
No, these things wouldn't help the goals of said groups.
Although, to be fair, both Unioners and Xenos are based outside their respective houses, and GC can be found outside Kusari.
However, all of these factions have an insular bent. They want to affect change on their homes, and don't care about outside areas. They've no motive. They've the ability, but no reason.
Ktayn makes a good point.
However, if they were given license by KNF and charters, etc, I'd continue to suggest they join KNF. After all, plenty Bretonian privateers are ex-cons like Mollys.
