1. Does Junker can own cruser (i have corvo class in mind only)
2. Does Junkers can assult Kusari (or another) space and destroy any targets of oportunity
3. Does cruser uder junker flag can attak trade trafiic (not for pirating - only for destruction) why? Junkers are hostile to all house corporations. So cutting of trade routes to make junkers pirmary traders sounds resonable.
4. It seams that Junkers have acces to moust unlavful GB but... I do not know that will be right to use corsair GB
Touch any trader without requesting money/cargo - OMG SANKSHUN
Touch any trader in something bigger than a bunboat - OMG SAAAANKSHUN
SO far as i see it, junkers are unfriendly to the house coorps, yes, but they dont seem to attack them. The nopcs at least. Junkers arent really the battle guys, to be honest.
1. junker guards can own cruisers as far as I'm aware
2. not really. You can kill hogosha, and you can mess around with samura too. Don't pirate them if you're in a cruiser though, obviously. If you're in liberty, you can attack xenos too.
3. Junkers are 'unfriendly' with house corps rather than hostile. Don't dock on the bases, but don't really kill them either. Just a bit of piracy maybe.
4. I think you *can* use the corsair GB, but you really shouldn't. junkers like being everyone's friend, and corsair ships will make people sad. Use a salvage frigate or a pirate transport for junker 'gunboat' type ships. If you must have a gunboat, go zoner - it's sold on a junker base after all. And if you really must must have a combat viable gunboat, I guess the pirate/rogue one is the least offensive, since Vieques (junker shipyard in Rico) makes the pirate transport and train, so seems like the faction is at least semi-in with that shipline. Plus they also look like junk, which helps.
I`am not going to pirate - eliminate those who try to make competicion to the junkers. I think junkers are like maphia with eliminates those who stands in the way (yes kill smuglers and slavers) . They smugle goods from all posible sources and if some ANOTHER faction try to become to powerfull and put presure on Junkers yard put them in oblivion. Coradamine if illegal so its very lukrative why do not fight for monopol over the others? I do not understand why the hell corporations do not fight for trade routes? It`s competicjon! I`am try to make trading bit more intresting and risky to force traders to hire eskorts becouse bad things can happen in space... I`am right?
Since there were populated planets and the trash around them, there were always Junkers - they looked for scrap, re-used it and sold it on one of the numerous black markets of Sirius. Due to their activity, they were always close to other habitats of the asteroid fields - pirates, hermits and other people hiding from publicity or law. Because of this, none of the governments like the Junkers - but the debris fields are growing, and there is no one to collect them, they had to live with them. Over the centuries, a never-told, but strict rule controls the relation of the government and the Junkers - don't bother, and we won't bother you. Due to this relationship, in our days the Junkers are the primary trash collectors in Sirius space - expect for Kusari, where their old enemy, the Hogosha collects the trash, they are needed and somewhere respected for their work in the debris.
Diplomacy
While Junkers may interfere with corporate shipping, they would more likely do it in a subtle fashion...delaying deliveries, selling the location of a convoy to a pirate group...hitting something up with a cruiser is definetly not their style.
Junkers arent warriors... deffend their station - yes. Assault strikes - no. Why? Because it can harm their interests.
Imagine how junkers destroy for example Samura base in Kusari. Result? KNF destroy Yanagi in sigma 13 asap and worst thing.... junkers, those "invisible" guys start to be in mark of the rest of houses. I mean Kanzler say "wtf is going on in Kusari? Junkers are doing mess here? Jesus we have their bases too! Blast them till they blast us".
Main goal of Junkers is do their bussines quiet, unseen, unspoken... invisible.
I`am not going to sit in kusari and hit every trader pasing by... my cruser is not warmashine (in fact it is overgrown GB) but tell me do I have no right to defend junker buisnes? by hiting smuglers?
Junkers are ememys of the house corporations from very biginigs of the FL... this make them criminals and hostile to the police. yes they preseve status quo with house corporations they even give information to the police. why? to get rid competicon...
Another way if someone is going to pirate junker trader we have holy right to defend...
another question do i heve right to engage lavfuls? like bh and house police? for picture: Me and junker trader try to overrun liberty embargo and we have bad luck... (patrol show up) and they demand to drop our cargo?
While yeah, Junkers don't/shouldn't be running around in cruisers really ever, or engaging in any actions that could strictly be called 'military,' he's got a point about competition. I think Junkers wanting to stamp out independent piracy is a legitimate notion. They wouldn't do this in cruisers sure, but maybe some little indie with his BW Trans full of cardamine would run in to a P Trans and a Salvager in some remote asteroid field and be forced to part with his cargo or pay a 'franchise fee' or some such.
edit for above post:
If you want to hit smugglers, do NOT use a cruiser. The Ptrans/salvager team I mentioned before seems the most junker-friendly option. Both of those ships are more than a match for any other transports as far as I know (except the bret and kusari c trans things, and liners. but the only one of those that should be seeing smuggler usage is the slave liner, and only junkers/slavers can use it, and i think those two are pretty chummy). The P trans is weaker, but has a CD. Or you can use the zoner gunboat I suppose.
Junkers are not hostile to police. They're performing a useful service to the government. They might do some stuff on the side, but junker bases don't exist because the lawfuls can't find them, they exist because their junking services are wanted/appreciated/needed.
If someone tries to pirate you, you have a right to defend, yeah. But think about the context. If it's a hogosha or whatever, yeah defend out, but if it's a rogue or some such, use your head or your tongue. In my personal experience, pirates always just let me by, but if they demand a fee, persuade them that they'll get more profit out of you if they let you run business to/from their bases for a while.
Final question, ehh. You can't engage militaries or BH according to the ID, and frankly, if you get caught breaking the embargo, you're doing it wrong!
Junkers got to where they are by using their heads not their fists, as it were. Drop a shipment if you have to, but you shouldn't be caught in the first place. And if you got caught, you should talk your way out of it before it gets to dropping cargo.

In your cruiser, no, you cannot kill smugglers (I think they are classed as traders, but no one has yet defined this...). Besides, get a Recycler, they are easier to hide in scrap fields.

Junkers are permitted to escort, so, if someone tries to bust your smuggling convoy, shoot them as much as you like...but expect to become fugitives in that house. Good Junker smugglers don't get caught.
