Ok, moving away from the insulting part, I thought I'd add in my general thoughts.
Now, Gunboats were changed because they were effective against all sorts of ships. If the Cruiser Razor is, in fact, that effective against fighters, doesn't that put it in the same situation?
If such is the case, what about making them more easily damaged? They could still snipe bombers, but they'd have a much more limited time frame to do so in.
Going off on a tangent, if cruisers ARE too easily damaged by bombers, what if they were given a fast, anti-shield missile with a small explosion range (that would make it anti-fighter, etc, anyway, right?). That wouldn't just explode through missile spam any fighter around, but well placed shots would take out its shield and then reduce its current energy to fire those supernovae.

Because battleships don't have a thruster, and are much bigger. Cruisers have one and their size is a lot smaller, so they can come in closer to their targets/farther from them - in most cases. The problem we are dealing with is that bombers need to come in close (less than 800m for heavy cruisers, less than 500 for medium and lower) to hit pretty much any cruiser which is why cruiser weapons have much lower speed in most cases. A razor speed nerf wouldnt hurt its ability to fight caps that much.

Going by what you said a size reduction on the BS one would probably be best. Thats just me however
or.. we could make the snac faster but then that would probably cause some unseen problem as well so..eh

I wasn't talking about projectile size but about general ship size. How big a ship is directly relates to how far you can sit away from it and still hit it with SN. In the case of battleships the average distance is about 1k. For cruisers it's some 400m...
400m on average too. With a KU dessie, or something similarily small, your chances of a hit with a good pilot on the cruiser are considerably lower than 100%

this is why nova torpedoes were buffed up to deal more damage than supernovas. You can fire one from 2k away and it will still hit most large cruisers, even the smaller ones if they arent moving around a lot.
But no, all the little bombers want to stick to their snova + disruptor setup, and then cry when they cant beat someone. You have the tools to win, use them.
