Report Filed by: Officer J.D. Masket
Date: March 25
Subject: New York patrol
Made a quick sweep of Colorado, totally quiet.
Then moved on to New York and did a full circuit of the lanes. Encountered one Xeno upon entering New York from Colorado.
Took him out with the help of an LSF agent.
Also... something suspicious happened, All the donuts on ft bush have mysteriously gone missing. Donuts reported missing approximately 10 minutes after I docked there and finished my patrol.
To all the personnel of the LPI I say thank you. Since the bombing of Fort Bush, I have seen some incredible feats pulled off, and it makes me happy to see that we are becoming a cohesive unit once more.
It makes me happy to see the new faces showing up on the force, and to see how quickly that they come along and mature. I have seen some fine officers as of late.
Now, just a few words on current events:
With the war against Rhineland spinning up, we need to be evermore vigilant against Rhineland invasions, saboteurs, and spies. I am sure that some of the scum of Rhineland may try to take advantage of this war to try and cause us some grief. Lets crush this early.
Keep up the Embargo of Rhineland goods. The Liberty Government is now deciding if we are going to allow goods stolen from Rhineland to continue to come into Liberty.
Just a word to those officers who have been around awhile, take a junior officer under your wing, show them the ropes, and watch each others backs...
To our Enemies, make them choke on their words. They scoff at us, but all too often, have felt the sting of our weapons. We are not the keystone cops that they think we are, we are a force to be reckoned with.

The Chief walked out and threw a brick through some flatfoot's cubicle; Bradley Marsh's. On it was a note that said 'Yer promoted'.
The Chief then pulls out a piece of paper and reads:
"The Chief of the LPI stands tall and firm
Against all odds he never turns
Battle rages and the Chief breaths a sigh
No more enemies in the sky
Victorious is the Chief of the LPI"
A few snickers are heard as he finishes, reading what Bradley Marsh had written on his test.
As many of you know , Marx Meyers used to be in charge of the police ID program before her "Departure". She left me the files and many of them are complete and ready for pickup. If you asked for one and didn't get it , I may have it for you.
Also, I have all the files to continue making the Police IDs, but I have many new responsibilities and will be looking for a volunteer to take over this program.
Until I have a new Officer designated, I will try my best to get them made up.
End of message.

First report from Recruit Officer Seymore Justice.
Found pilot named Kanactus trying to sell 50 artifacts to shop in Planet Manhattan. Tried to detain him, but he made a fast move toward docking ring before I could stop him. I waited for him to come out, which he eventually did. He claimed ignorance of the law. I stipulated a fine of only 500,000 creds, since the amount was small. Unfortunately, an ion storm struck before I could collect payment. I have no idea if he would have paid or not.
Proof of violation submitted:
On a side note, I made successful contact with a mercenary. He agreed to terms to assist me in collecting fines. I am hoping to utilize his services in the future with much success.
It was another busy day and I'm gonna make this short and sweet.
I had to clean up a Navy officers mess after he lost a duel.
I was then jumped by a Xeno with no warning at all. Well, he got what he deserved.
Lastly, I was confronted by an Outcast who was apparently there to collect a bounty that is out on all LPI. He will think twice about that in the future.
I could best describe the days activities as The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
The Good was in the fearless bravery displayed by Officer Riza Williams. She went headlong against a Rheinland Military Cruiser that somehow found its way into Texas. Rumors suggested that he was drunker than a college frat brat at a midnight kegger. Anyways, I followed Officer Williams towards Bering Jumpgate to chase after a perpetrator trying to carry cargo into Rhienland, when the German Cruiser was spotted. It began a systematic slaughter of several Liberty Navy ships. All the while, Officer Willams and I sat back and watched in horror.
Finally, Officer Williams could stand no more of it, and against better judgement, charged into the fray to take on the cruiser, for the sake of Liberty. I quickly joined in the battle to help where I could. I am happy to say that several Navy and LPI ships soon showed up and made quick work of the German interloper. Unfortunately for Officer Riza, her ship went down. My understanding is that her pod was picked up and brought to safety.
Here are a couple pics of the battle.
After the destruction of RNC-Lawbringer, I moved on to New York system to assist Officer Aiden Maggard in patrol. It was then, at Planet Manhattan, that we came upon The Ugly. Two miscreants, Sean1 and Rogue, spent their time trading cardimine back and forth. Sean1 was probably nothing more than an immature teenager who stole his daddy's key to the starflea. Rogue, however was much more dangerous. He was flying around in a ship that was so badly damaged, flames and smoke were billowing from several hull ruptures. Besides that, he was acting irratically and rammed into my ship repeatedly. Officer Maggard did the only thing that could be done. For the safety of everyone involved, he eliminated the threat.
Pics displaying danger below.
Finally, after ridding ourselves of bad rubbish, Officer Maggard and I continued our patrol. That was when we chanced upon a notorious outcast by the name of Celadon.Gryphon. Definitely, the Bad. This scourge of humanity had the audacity to besmirch the good name of the LPI. He openly mocked Officer Maggard. But worst of all, he spewed out some slanderous remarks about how inept LPI rookies are. I couldn't take it any longer. Screw the anger management classes. I barely waited for Officer Maggard to engage, and then unleashed everything my little Patriot had to offer on his sorry rear-end. Unfortunately, Officer Maggard's ship eventually succumbed to the missles that Celadon.Gryphon continually unleashed. (Personal Note: Missle attacks are for people who can't hit the broad side of a planet with a real gun. Must look into purchasing a few). After Officer Maggard went down, the Outcast came after me. With my guns overheated, and all my mines exhausted, I too finally succumbed to those dastardly missiles. Fortunately, the pods of Officer Maggard and I were picked up and brought to safety.
Pic of my ship being destroyed.
It was definitely a learning experience and I look forward from benefiting from the fine examples shown by my fellow officers in the LPI.
