What it really needs is proofreaders before the articles are put out, so by all means go ahead and help out Tazuras:)It would be unreasonable to expect one person to get everything right with a project like that, after all (I am assuming that it was Cawdor that did it all by himself).

Yep, need to get a user account there first, think I will also ask writer(s) to not hit the publish button and save the articles unpublished. An editor can publish once it has been looked over and obvious errors corrected at least.

That is excellent. The only Issue I see is that one of the posted news articles is one of my posts word for word, and no credit was given. Perhaps a tag at the end of the article giving credit when you use other people's posts?

If not using Drupal, what else? This CMS is the BEST for publishing purposes. If you want to get in, just contact me via Skype and we will talk about all neccessary points.
