According to Encyclopedia Galactica (ooc: Wikipedia), Sto-Vo-Kor is the state of existence that Klingons believe that honorable members of their society will go to in the afterlife. Klingons believe that they will go to be with Kahless when going to Sto-Vo-Kor. Sto-Vo-Kor would be similar to the human idea of the Viking Valhalla and is seen as the Klingon's version of heaven.
With the similar mythology as our terran ancestors, the Black Fleet should understand that we are not to be underestimated and that Honor and Integrity are things that we value the most. Because of such honorless behavior as the so called Black Fleet of Sto-Vo-Kor has displayed, a more fitting name for them would be 'the Black Fleet of Gre'Thor'. I found the term in the same source.
Admiral, I would suggest in recompense for their arrogance, they should pay us at least the sum they asked. Then again, I'm just a Lieutennant, I don't want to overstep my boundaries.
However, my guns are at Your service.

If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God? - from 'Nightfall' by I. Asimov The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor

Listen up you reprobates! I don't know who you think you are, nor do I care. You don't get to set policy in Rheinland, all you are allowed to do is follow it.
First off, if you refuse to submit to the rather simple requests brought to you by my officers, then your other options are simple as well. You either choose to never enter Rheinland again, or you choose to die by our guns. Ever heard of 'Zero-Tolerance?' That would be us. And I'm afraid we have been around quite a lot longer then you have, plus we're the ones in charge. So either shut up and sit down or kindly shoot yourself in the head and save us the trouble of doing it for you.
Second, the RM only have jurisdiction within Rheinland. That's how it's always been. The bounty is there so that arrogent roaches like you can be stepped on anywhere.
Third, one does not get to insult the Rheinland Military and then get away with it. If I were you, I would watch your own back. Bring your little Avenger then, because you'll be munching on my plasma and missiles before too long!
Fourth, where do you get the balls to break OUR rules, attack OUR ships, refuse OUR orders, and then expect US to pay you!? The Rheinland Military has never, and will never, pay terrorists, pirates, traitors, or Enemies of State!
So much for 'neutral traders' then. I hope your ships are insured, because they're going to start finding quite a lot of holes in them in Rheinland.
Of all the petaQ that responded I find this one most amusing as he can count. So let me respond in kind:
1. TBF does not recognize your authority. Also you used the wrong tense, you were in charge!
2. For every bounty hunter that comes looking to collect TBF will destroy two RM vessels.
3. Who said I was still flying an Avenger, when you assume you usually end up doing a space walk.
4. The price is now 100 million for your lack of vision and for my infinite patience and understand. As for where I got the balls, I was born with them. It's a macth set!
5. You assume incorrectly that we are still neutral traders. I prefer the term Freelancer, and since the unhonorable acts of RM-Plunder (destroying a much weaker vessel) got you into this mess, your getting off cheap at 100 million.
6. A storm is coming, defend yourselves.

Disclaimer: Don't confuse the characters with the members, the members of the TBF have recognized that this is a great place to play with good folks.

Got to respect a man that does his reseach! Well done!
RM controls Rheinland. no one else does. If you want to dispute that, I will gladly step in as Server Admin, so watch it.
As far as authority, you're welcome to contest it but if anyone turns this into a pissing contest like certain other people are so fond of doing, I will put an end to it by personally slapping EACH member down.
Now last I checked.. If you want to violate rules in the server then so be it. But if you violate server rules, Klingon or not.. You will bow before me and You will pay the price get it ?

These guys deserve to all be shot a few times and then slowly burned! I say we crush them! My fighter is all nice and warmed up and I have a cousin who si thinking of reiting as a freelancer and bring his bomber to the Fleet! thats all for now!
Hear this: whether you believe it or not, you've chosen the WRONG military to mess with. I've PERSONALLY seen EVERY single member of the Rheinland forces in action. They are damn good pilots, and will have no trouble wiping the floor with you and your sorry group...
Now, if you pirate scumbags are finished, you can either pay the fine set at eight million credits, or continue to be enemies of the state and to be hunted every time you enter Rheinland. Your choice.
As for your ridiculous demands, we will not comply. Rheinland does not negotiate with pirates. Any neutrality you have had, you will lose. Prepare to be hunted in every corner of this galaxy.
Kingpin Here, I can testify to the fact that they don't negotiate or reimburse, Jack is still owed a load of Fake Rolexes. And don't let the fact that all their ships looks like flying white-out applyers, they can use them.

Zav, you have no right to question it either. The only one would can do that in this situation is Firebird.

Rhieland Military, My guns are at your service, ready to fire.
Thank you, I'll speak for my own faction thanks.
My words for the TBF, "Good luck and its been nice knowing ya, lol"...SF will remain neutral until provoked or asked for assistance by RM. Though I suspect the RM will have little problem defending itself with sheer numbers. Be advised TBF, there is a long standing alliance between RM and SF, so we will aid our ally if they ask, meantime I highly recommend finding another place to set up shop.

Subject: Battle Report

The first Rheinlander has fallen to our guns. [RM]-Kanevgrad was caught completely by surprise. This poor soul was not even flying a proper ship. The battle was over before he even realized he was in one. Upon distruction of the enemy vessel TBF moved off as we saw no honor in killing him again.
No other hostile contacts presented themselves and we have secured addition resources for the Empire. The only question now is who the next target will be to pay for the bounty hunters sent after Krog. Thus far only negative replies for payment of restitution in the sum of 100 million have been received.

Thank you for the insight we are still getting our arms around the whole role playing concept.
