So I just came back from a fight with the keepers in minor, and... wow.
okay, I admit, I suck at pvp'ing, but I don't think the like... 8 Order ships who got killed are as bad as I am, compared to the... 1 keeper we killed. And strangely enough, they were all bombers, yet we had a hand-ful of fighters, a bomber or two, and 3 caps.
Now I don't want to complain, I know keeper players are amazing pilots, but really, those nomad bombers seem just way to agile. I'm wondering, what are the stat. differences between a Nepy and a Nomad Bomber? Cause I get the feeling the speed etc. are extremely close.
I still can't believe we went in that fight with like 12 Order ships, and only 3 came out of it. Yet the keepers had 5 the entire time. (we killed one and then one came as back up).
Maybe it's cause I'm using one of these mini lap-top mise... lol. (the fact that I'm a horrible pvp'er:P)
Again, don't mean to complain or flame or anything, I know keepers are amazing pilots... but we got slaughtered worse than I have ever seen... and it's sad lol, is there an explanation besides "we suck"?:D
edit: Keeper.Mega*something*, whoever you are, props, great flying, we barely got to your hull, heh. "we" being the 4 or so fighters who were on your the entire time lol. Atleast 4.
Must have been one heck of a bomber pilot, cause I suck in that nomad bomber. The nomad LF however, THAT is where I shine.. Even still though, I kinda suck at PvP as well.. It wasn't me, I will tell you that much.
It's teamplay often being the key. Working as a tight knit group, here at Keepers everyone knows their job, timings when to hit, what to hit and with what. Always being ready to any surprising reinforcements enemies might receive during the battle. Knowing whom to joust and whom not to, who acts as a bait, etc. When everyone is left doing whatever they desire it turns into a mess quite naturally. Wouldn't be surprising. Since there was just two (or may be three) Order| pilots. The rest were independents.
You also forgot to mention two gunboats and one more zoner dessie that was there as well.
In that event earlier at which we flew guardians and upholders the result was quite the same. I had to shout on own folk to have them actually die to the order pilots, since the order was supposed to win in there in-RP, but they just couldn't. Embarrassing as it was already. So no, I am afraid it's not about stats.
Well we killed the same bombers with a few BAF talent in leeds without a problem. So it must be skill... (or lack of it) as nephy is way better than a nomad bomber in a fighter battle.

See we barly got 3 or 4 people online at the smae time (cause of timezones and RL stuff) so its really hard to have such trainings. Now Ophidian me and some other Order|s try to help indys improve (not that all order indys need to) but its really hard to comunicate in the heat of a battle (saw it in BHg vs Order event).
I would like to see the Order| using TS so we dont have to use the crapy Freelancer chat. As for indys maybe at the ones which prove to be worth to be added into that TS channel.
I dont have other ideas..(yeah im not the best commander in battle) how to imporve the teamwork othwerwise exept with better comunication and training (which as I already said is a little problem)
