Until further Notice, allow Zoner Tagged/Zoner IFF'd vessels carrying food, meds, oxygen, and food ONLY are allowed to proceed to Freeport 2. When they go by, toss a tracking device on them and note if they truly do go to FP2. Long range scans will track the trackers.
Planetform ships carrying terraforming materials only are allowed to go to cold bay depot in hudson. This project is at the behest of the Liberty Government. Look at their cargo and make sure it is terraforming materials, I.E. teraforming gas, alien organisms, silver (Yes, it is used to seed clouds for rain), etc.
All others are still subject to the Embargo.

Date: April 20th.
Patrol report:
A number of patrols where run today, The first engagement of the day happened when McNulty was engaged by ProjectX (Gunboat) and two hostile Eagles, I belive. Me and McTavish, who was flying a SWAT Bomber, for the occasion proceeded to Engage.
Needles to say, it did not end well for me and McTavish, McNulty however managed to scare them off after half a hour of fighting. During that half a hour McTavish and I went on Embargo duty to the Texas System.
Nothing out of the ordinary there.
After the Fight I was on my way to join McNulty on a patrol when he found Scythe carrying FOUR Nomads.
He called for reinforcements, and Chris Briggs and I joined him soon after. Out-numbered and from his point of view out-gunned, he dropped the cargo and it was destroyed.
Following that incident, which surpirsingly did not end with a fire-fight, Briggs went off duty and I continued partoling with McNulty. A few ships scanned and a stop at Springfield for supplies, we patroled trough Colorado, we where heading to Manhattan, when we met a ship carrying radioactive plutionium. I escorted the ship to it's destination, Planet Eire, while McNulty continued partoling. I received a call from him shorty after that there was a problem near West Point, I arrived to find him combatting a Harvester ship (havester_52).The Navy was infomed but the only ship in the system was being re-fitted.
We where both out-classed and out Gunned, which lead to both of us having to eject, just after a System wide message was sent to all ships to beware of the threat.
Norman Radclyffe is promoted. James McNulty is cleared to set up a SWAT ship. New policies concerning joining the SWAT team will be set up soon, so look alive.
Today was a more action day than before.
First, I headed to Illinois, making a patrol in Colorado by the way.
I met subject Mathias.Tesaract communicating he will jump into Illinois.
I was ordered to KoS if he does so but with a bit of a luck I managed to explain why it is not wise to jump there. Subject then proceeded other way, I'm happy using the guns was not necessary.
After that event I performed few standard patrols combined with scanning every passing ship but everything was doing well. It is worth to note that during my shift not many ships have been seen in the system.
Later evening I found Officer Woods in a batlle against Rogue gunboat. Officer Woods was supported by a indie Liberty GB. I was ordered to join the battle so did I. Due to the damage I was able to provide, however, I decided to quit the fight. My fire was not even significant and considering the shield capacity it was wise to avoid destroying LPI property.

Patrol report:
Oh dear, where to start. Yesterday had everything. Gunboat battles, a coordinated blockade to stop a spy, a carimine smuggler, one hell of a dogfight... I love this job. Never boring.
So, my patrol started yesterday, I left FB, and headed to Manhattan. There I managed to catch guncam evidence of MrTintenfisch hauling 5000 Artifacts. I managed to get guncam pictures, but he docked too fast for me to stop him. I dispached ground security, who apparently failed to apprehend him.
After I informed him I have evidence, and told him to pay a 4 milion fine, he made a run twards Detroit, the LPI Gunboat Aurora, came to my aid as I would have not been able to take down a ship of that size.
He was denied acces to dock at detroit, (// but the bloody idiot docked anyway, after explaining the rules of the server he undocked). He did not want to pay, so I allowed the Aurora to open fire, until sheilds where disabled. He still refused to pay (// stating he had no cargo to loose) and at that moment, a pirate destroyer appeared on radar, SWAT reinrofcments where called in and we engaged, MrTintenfisch ran off, even tough he was told not to move (// he docked at manhattan and logged off... :angry:NOT COOL.). After dealing with the Destroyer, at the cost of my ship, I went off duty for a while.

Back on duty, I spot a ship by the name of [RSO]Blackhand~Nassau. I asked a superior officer about the tag, but no answer was given. I told the ship to stop, but it went to cruise, I went in persiut soon to be joined by J.Shaw, and when close enough to get a 3d scan, I saw it was a rheinland gunboat. I ordered the system into lockdown, and Shaw informed the navy ship, LNS-Graystone, while I informed the Aurora. He headed into the badlands, so expecting him to make a jump to texas, we all headed there. Surpirisingly he jumped to pensylvana, so, the Graystone went to the Texas-Penn Jumphole with J.Shaw, The Aruora to the NY-Penn Jumpgate with a freelancer Eustace,who joined us, and Cruiser_903 went with me to the Cali-Penn JH. Once units where at eache exit, we entered. One Capship was kept at each exit, and the system was put into lockdown. The Fighters went on patrol within the system. After some time, about 45 minutes, we got to a point where the gunboat approched, by agreement the Texas Jumphole. There, Eustance, Shaw, The LNS-Graystone and myself waited it. They ejected something they claimed to find on the body of Eire's Governor, an "Anomaly". I do not know weather I am cleared by the navy to put this in the report, but it was a dead Nomad. At this point I had to leave, due to some technical difficulties. My sourcers later told me the spy was blown sky high. I do not know weather the data he stole from Manhattan was recovered.
After I went back on duty, I was challanged by an Outcast, TheZombie, to a duel. The Aurora, and Pirate destroyer Erebos, came to watch and make sure it was a fair fight. After half an hour of dueling, I lost, fortunatley, the one thing good about our ships is that the ejector seat works fine.
I began my patrol with one single objective in mind. To assist a fellow officer, James Kurios, engaged with two pirates. I noted his valiant efforts and they will go down in LPI Lore. One pirate by the name of Sean, a Hogosha who somehow entered into Liberty space, was the first to be engaged. Took him down in a matter of moments. The next was a pirate I have encountered before. SirSlicey. Unfortunately for him, the result was the same. He fled and later destroyed his ship in the sun's corona. His fighting skills left much to be desired. So much so, that I barely acknowledge him as a threat. Anyways, be on the lookout for these two, since I was unable to find their pods and am uncertain as to whether they survived or not.
Today has been a good day.
First I ran some patrols in NY, then headed California and Ontario. In Ontario I spotted RepEx ship tagged Firefox 577 (// or something simmilar, I will explain it later //) being attacked by 6 rogue VHFs. I managed to distract them and that gave him enough time to jump into California. Since their fire concentrated on my ship I received heavy damage but I managed to get my ship to nearest station and got it repaired quickly.
I undocked the station and returned to California but patrol showed no pirate presence.
I then returned to New York where I met officers Kurios and Justice. I was ordered to go to patrol with Mr. Justice and seconds after we met we picked up a rogue ship Phate. I scanned the ship and detected small piece of Cardamine onboard as well as some Bounty Hunter pilots (guncam taken but not available - to be explained). Phate was ordered to stop but he refused and engaged cruise enginges. Mr. Justice and I started the chase and soon after I realized he is heading the Colorado JG direction I split and entered TL to get to FB and then Colorado JG. I arrived at the location before Phate who first refused to stop but when an Indie Police gunboat joined us he finally stopped. I asked Phate to drop BH pilots and he did so - the pilots where secured onboard of my ship.
After few whiles Police Indie engaged Phate's bomber (guncam taken but not available - again, I'll explain in a few moments) so I asked for orders if to join or not to join the fight. Mr. Kurios ordered me to wait for back-up and then engage. Before he arrived a Hogosha bomber tagged Sean joined the battle and started firing on Indie GB. I ordered him to cease fire twice with no result so I engaged Sean to hold him off until back-up arrives. I managed to make some damage to both his shield and hull but as a result I got shot-down.
I equipped a new ship and proceeded to Texas but the system was empty. I took Pannsylvania jumphole and ran a patrol but again, nothing unusual.
I headed back to Texas and met a pilot carrying Gate / Lane Parts (guncam taken, again not available).
I asked his direction and pilot explained that he wants to get to Kusari space but due to recent pirate activity near Colorado jumpgate he entered Texas. I suggested pilot to take a California jumphole, then to proceed to Ontario and jump to Colordao through jumphole. As the pilot didn't know the JH location I issued exact coordinates and advised if he needs guidance in Ontario he can contact me through direct channel - for this I issued him my comms frequency. Pilot was very pleased with LPI help.
I then docked at Houston to take a break and eat something. When I returned, I tracked Mr. Seymour Justice' frequency and joined him in patrol at California. Then I had complete blackout.

Now the OoRP part of report.
I joined Seymour Justice at NY jumpgate in California. We managed to speak for a while then my laptop restarted. Well, actually died to be precise. I tried to recover it but I'm afraid the worst happened - it literally died together with my hard drive and since that is the only pc I got at home I'm afraid all my characters are now lost with the account number I had on my hard drive only.
Because of that bloody issue I kindly request to be removed from LPI officer's list.
I will not be able to issue a new laptop before my accounts got removed from server and even if, I don't have the account unique ID anymore. It's a bad feeling to see few months' work being deleted by a single short-circuit or whatever killed my laptop.
I'm sure I will join LPI some day again but I suspect that won't be sooner than in 6 months. Unfortunately I have other issues to pay so indeed, that was the worst time to loose laptop.

The day started with the interception of a small time smuggler, 10 units of cardimine. It was taken from him as evidence, and a 33k fine was levied on him for such actions.
This was followed by the interception of a Gunship:
But such things allways come with some great suprises!!!!!
During the battle, i noticed the continual drain on my shields, and the lack of said gunship acutely firing on me. After taking a moment to think about this, i glanced in my rear view mirror, only to see....
OMG the navy? Why is the navy shooting at me? The navy is supposed to be our friends... After thinking a bit more, i decided to run the ship on our ship registry, only to find out that the ship had FAKED ITS IFF IN ORDER TO FOOL US!!!!
but we are better than that, FOR WE ARE THE LPI. GOD GAVE US LIBBIES, SO WE MADE LIBBY SWARMS, (and the work in progress Libby-b, still banging the hammer on the mini-razor on top of my libby).
On another note, could someone PLEASE put Angel.One on a KOS list? this merc has proven its disloyalty to liberty.
Continuing on, upon engaging the target, it was easily apparent that the outsider's Charon was no match for the crazy mad fighting power of the Libby. These crazy people need to get thier facts straight before being so belligerent to the LPI. We anrt that bad, really! We even do this thing called Talking every once and a while. But in any case, defeat was inevitable for the poor, outclassed pilot.
The patrol continued on as normal, scanning dem bloody junkers, who persisted to make trouble by sitting around in front of Manhattan. Even offered them Police escort out of the place, but they refused, saying they enjoyed the view. Also, someone should tell the Hoghoshima or whatever they are called that we dont need them in liberty, we already have the junkers to deal with, and it would really be a pain to have to deal with 2 types of junkers. But maybe then those 2 types of junkers would collide like matter and antimatter and EXPLODE!!!!!! in to a FIERY EXPLOSION and we would have NO JUNKERS!!!! YAY! also, a Admin Certified Player came to Manhattan with illegal goods, but its paperwork was good, and it continued on killing off the traitorous navy that where orbiting our world. At least thats what its paperwork said, and who am i to contest that?

PSS: I managed to obtain some 750 Colorado, 4 bottles? anyone interested?
