This is Dean speaking. I guess you haven't heard of me before, but don't bother... only a few have heard of me. I am a dedicated technology collector. Technology is my life...
Recently I talked to some guy at the Kreuzberg Depot about the whole mess which is going on in Rheinland. It are bad times for me and for you, too. Look, I want something... it is not much. The free passage through a system, which is guarded by your best pilots: Saar.
Don't worry... I will keep the coordinates of the jump holes for myself, so there will be no danger for you to be discovered by your enemies... I am neutral. All I care is the technology.
Just tell me what you want in exchange for the free and safe passage through the Saar system.
Yours,
Dean

(// okay... basically I need somebody, who accomplished one LWB mission for me. Grouped. So I can pass Saar safely. I don't want to mess up my rep with the RFP.)

While normally we do not allow outsiders through our guard system, so far you have made a good first impression. I cannot give a yes or no now, however, if we were to meet and you were to give me more of a reason to trust you, it could be arranged.

Herr Kadwell,
It seems there may be the possibilities for a deal here. What sort of technologies are you most interested in? Perhaps we might be able to acquire a bit in an exchange.

Greetings again,
so you are interested in some of my gathered technology? Hm... I think we can arrange something. During the last years I managed to get stuff from all around Sirius, except from high-tech stuff from Kusari... they don't like me there... chinks!
Anyways, let me tell you something: I even managed to 'acquire' some technology samples from the famous battleship Ravensburg, if you know that. Some memory chips and software were 'secured' by one of crew members, while we helped them out of a tricky situation. *laughs*
And if you want money... well, I don't care for money. How about a donation for the farmers fund? I bet you can make use of it.
Yours,
Dean

I apologize for the delay, but you know how paperwork can pile up!
It seems things are shaping up. I suggest we speak in person on Eindhoven, but in the meantime, you are welcome to pass through Saar (though we are watching).
