Subject: Supplies for BMM?
In my opinion, the Parliament made a huge oversight when they passed this law. Why? Because us at BMM cannot legally haul food, water, and oxygen to the Tau-31 Gate Construction Site! Licensing fees? We shouldn't have to pay them! We got a base up there, and unless you want us to have to abandon the base due to lack of supplies, put us on the list!
Sir, I am afraid you are mistaken - if you check the original declaration carefully you will note that all Bretonian corporations are already licensed for the transport of said materials, BMM included. Hence your concerns are thankfully unfounded. In any case, BMM is already permitted to ship whatever supplies it deems neccessary to its base in Tau 23 as that is currently the staging base for a considerable battlefleet of the Bretonian Armed Forces.
Yours faithfully,
Arthur Henderson

RE: Military/Hazardous Materials License
The economics director and I would like to enquire about the IMG's current licensing coverage for military and hazardous materials. Not only is Bretonia the major supplier of parts required for the construction of our own ship defense systems, but certain clauses of the Tau Pact cannot be met by the IMG without at least a partial licensing for the transportation of these materials.
Please advise on whether a license needs to be payed for, and if so, whether the payment address stated previously on this channel is still valid.

Subject: Unfair treatment and licensing.
As a independant trader affiliated with the Zoner Guard I was stopped in New Tokyo today and asked to pay 2 million credits for transporting military vehicles to Battleship Nagasaki in Leeds, After a rather heated discussion with the KPA I was escorted out of Kusari and told not to return after I stated my refusal to pay the 2 million fine and instead recieve a warning due to the circumstances. Now, I dont deny the Kusari Government the right to enforce it's laws but this law has taken me and a large amount of my peers by surprise since there was no effort by the Government to inform the trading public that it was put into effect except a single editation in a exceptionally large codex which is kept far from anyones notice, to be frank. To me and many others it is presumed to be the Government's responsiblity to inform us PROPERLY, otherwise it just seems an effort at extorsion.
This issue aside I would like to apply for a single licence to continue freighting Military hardware to the Kusari frontlines. I have a law abiding record that has been tarnished by this affair. Please help me rectify this with granting me permission to hold this license.
If and when I get permission to hold this licence I will pass the fee over to the QCG|Treasury of 2,500,000.
For your information: My crew and myself operate a Zoner Whale which has a cargo capacity of 5000.
I look forward to your reply...

Cryer Pharmaceuticals

Dear Sir or Madam,
Cryer Pharmaceuticals has always been at the forefront of scientific research, particularly that involving the Sirius Sector's native lifeforms. We desire licensing to access a quantity of Gaian Wildlife to be studied, humanely of course for any animals, but we are chiefly interested in the flora. There are various elements which so far have linked the native organisms we have found across the sector, and further research into their DNA and RNA would be incredibly insightful. And do not forget, that any benefits that come from this, will benefit all of humanity, as we have a long history of providing cutting edge treatments Sirius-wide for a low cost.
This would be a blanket licence to affect all Cryer| vessels. If this is amenable the money can be wired to your accounts immediately.

Head of Finance, Cambridge Research Station

Subject: Licensing
Mr. Triton,
I take it you have found the wrong communication channel. This is the Bretonian licensing, which is well publicized to the Bretonian public. If you have a problem with the Kusari authorities, contacting them would be the most prudent course of action. As of now, we will simply record you as a smuggler taking part in supplying the Kusari (unless proper apologies and amendments are made) and move on with our lives.
Mr. Bishop,
If you wish to attain then research license, you are allowed to apply as everyone else. A fee of five million credits for your corporation is required for the investigation of your facilities, however, we deem time in investigating Cryer would be quick, seeing our past relationships.
If you could transfer the money to the BPA)Hauberk (As the treasury has become a target of piracy and terrorism since this proclamation), that would be greatly appreciated. Please do include a time stamp.
~Lord Anthony Grenville
