I sit in the same boat as Cid, as I am funded by my sister Kyte. However, giving the changing market, I think perhaps 300 is a bit extreme. I am not the shrewd business woman Kyte is, I only benefit from her trading. My concern is that the flax... 'always the flax' would infact BE better suited in the temple fund. Sorry, Kyte. I know this notion may bring a flush to that milky white skin of yours. Trust Mal with this one.

With the restrictions now lifted, I see no reason to not press full ahead with our endeavors and I believe a new era of trade is emerging from the ashes with two new companies operating. This is most encouraging. I am still in Theta as I see that to be the chief tactical location for my gunboat. Keeping an eye on the council and our interests over in the near by Omegas. I had considered a pleasure cruise to Baffin, as I've heard the COMMS regarding those who seem to enjoy passing thru our space without so much as a nod to the Goddess.
As Kyte mentioned earlier, our baby sister Mynx is taking up patrols in and around Theta. She is infact flashing Zoner Guard, and while I've been considering bringing her in to meet Mal, I just know he'll rope himself another Y sister. Not that that would be a bad thing. I think our freespirited baby sister will serve the Zoner community well on the whole. She has decided to make her presence known in the more popular trader areas... usually the sigma 13 system near the New Berlin jumphole since that seems to be a popular place for pirates to accost traders. Her presence there seems to make pirating a bit less profitable, especially where Zoners are concerned. I'm sure Shamus will agree, nice to have another set of eyes on and guns ready if needed.
I did recieve a lovely card with flowers from an annon. source. I was touched by the gift, as I do adore flowers. So if it was one of you. They were lovely. Thank you.

Well, guys, just today in Baffin I came across a guy who made a million-ton donation right up front, before I could even say a word. Name was... B-Line? I'm pretty sure it was B-Line. Something like that. Damn, I'm too young to have memory problems...

I shan't be left out! Two pilots who prefer to remain anonymous increased the fund today by a ton each.
I can tell you that they spoke with an accent, and were trailing some pretty noxious fumes. Some curious scrubby outriders were still swimming in circles when I jumped for Coronado.
Doc, give me a few days to do a cost/benefit analysis on a fourth Oita contract. And I need to talk with a certain Jay Simon about fine liquers, cheroots, Pineal Amulets and such. I will however inform in advance that both our present clients on that run require at least a nodding acquaintance with their Guard ranks.
And don't forget Mal's disclaimer, lads. Let our frequent flyers know that the TAZ does not wish to purchase, traffic in, or promote the use of, indentured servants, addictive substances, (Kallisti Gold is not addictive. I've quit many times...), exotic species other than our own prime guaranteed scrubbies, or software of unknown provenance.

Well, the prisoners have policed ths ship for the passengers to pilgrimate upon, folk. I'm making a loop over to Belfast first to give the tourists and aspirants a wee thrill. Business at Hope's has been down since that Republic bunch from Dublin quit dropping in. She's off pub-crawling at Islay, so I'll watch over the place for the evening, and depart with a hungover cargo in the morning.
We're keeping the lights on, boys and girls; and that bloody new Temple has lots and lots of lights, let me tell you!
