Could someone from LPI command get back to me, I would like to see this obviously HIGHLY inexperinced pilot get much remidial training, as shooting a pirate GB should come way before shooting an IMG destroyer who is shooting a pirate GB.

You shoot at the bigger theat first, which at the moment was your Zoner Destroyer. Also you seem to be ignoring the fact you where out of your ZOI, hunting pirates.
First of all, I think BOTH of ya should be a bit ashamed, fact that I have noticed you both exchanged each other's faults...
Let's start with the the ZOI kind...
He's kinda right, IMG... hunting outside your zone of influence would be a sensitive issue, especially in diplomacy. We all need to know our place in the galaxy, and this isn't much of an exception...
BUT!!!!
I think that he was pretty much justified to have done so, to hunt the GB all the way Alcatraz, since it might be for the greater good... So long as the outcast's fate would've been sealed, I don't think you would have to worry bout it too much...
Now for the target prioritization...
You, LPI officer, I suggest you help those that are against your enemy... As the saying goes, "The enemies of your enemies are your friends." We must NEVER forsake potential friends, for the galaxy is a dangerous place, and we need all the help we can get... Plus, you would call an IMG dessie a "threat", even though you do realize he's NEUTRAL to Liberty!?

Even Zoner BB are not allowed in Liberty without clearance, I don't see why IMG BB's shoudld. But, the fact remains that Mudd was not a IMG BB, but IMG Dessie.
I'm starting to think that Outcasts have a gunship factory somewhere in New York, or I can't undestand how they send one after one to attack us. My last two patrols around New York, got me in front of 3 gunships.
Nimrod and Raven, were at 15k from Manhattan, seems they were trying to intercept a trader convoy comming from california. How ever we didn't them enough time to call for backup, or they didn't think that 2 bombers will take both of the ships. Captain Backus and me terminate both of the gunships.
Krusa Corraine sent a distress call on the emergency channel, about a gunboat, callsign ProjectX, terrorizing citizens and civilians, and once again the bigship can't handle a battle against two bombers.
To all officers of the LSF and other naval and police forces I must regretfully tender my resignation as I have met someone whose ideals and beliefs have persuaded me to their cause. I have already left Liberty space and met up with the people I will now be assisting. If we are to ever meet in combat in the future then I wish you the best of luck.
