Xenos only hate foreigners if they're in Liberty, I think. Shikoku and Kelper isn't Liberty. That being said, a Xeno shouldn't even be in Shikoku.
That being said, the Xenos don't have any allies at all. They probably shouldn't have been directly working together.
Here is basically the deal. The Farmers and the Xeno's both hate Junkers...HATE Junkers. This is not an alliance, this is not a treaty, this is Xeno's and FA killing Junkers instead of killing each other at that moment.
Let it be said, this is not an alliance, this is not even niceness, we HATE the AFA, hate them hate them, we hate Junkers even more though. AFA at least stick to their space in the main. But we do have business in southern Shikoku and it's a pest when those filfthy Junkers fly past deshima, now we have permission to carry on shooting but only at Junkers. They have similar permission in Colorado, but if either side enters the other turf and Junkers aren't on the hitlist then it's shooting AFA or Xenos before all other targets
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.

BTW, that ship is huge. Wow. First time seeing it in game.
I had no problem the first time. I am not a fan of the "hey--I'm on your side now"--but it happens on occasion.
I'm also not mentioning names here. The second encounter though was not chance--they were paired and came hunting. That;s the one I am most raising an eyebrow at.
Poor form at the best. Kusari are xenophobic as much as the Xenos are. Kishiro and Samura ships get banged by Xenos and Rogues in Shikoku and Kepler routinely--though a farmer might not mind terribly much. But the Liberty side of Ames is a bit off the beaten path for a Farmer and to go there to fly with a Xeno is really pushing it--imo.
I certainly won't argue that. And I'm not here to say the engagement was unjustified, or unfair. (I completely stink at pvp.) But could it also not be said that Xenos would rather spend their time in Liberty, pushing foreigners out than cruising around foreign space?
But i think Tink might just went to see the GCs, paying a visit hehehe.
Now the Farmer and the Xeno atacking him together, isnt that strange if aftwards they fight each other. They might have just seen the Barge has the imidiatley threat than killed each other.
just ideas.
Now, who were they Tink? We may hunt them down or at least paying them some attention if we met.
