Recruiting for other servers

I have trustworthy information that one of Blue Knights server admins is recruiting players for their server on our own. He appeared under the name of FED_EX on RogueIdeas before, offering several hundreds of millions to anyone who would leave RogueIdeas for BK. Finally FED_EX was banned from RogueIdeas, and it appears that he came to our official server using the same name.

He's offering 500 million to anyone from Discovery who starts playing on BK.

This situation is far from acceptable, so I have to prohibit any kinds of recruiting for other servers. Telling people about other servers is not an offence, but open recruiting and promising money is not what we can allow on Discovery.

Since recruiting is done by people who don't care about playing on our server, fines or warnings won't help. Ban is the only way we can stop this.

I have seen him on a few times, but i didn't know he was doing that. Be sure if i am contacted by a person who offers that, im gonna report it straightaway. Im sure everyone else who values this server and its continued growth will too.

Actually Discovery servers should stick together instead of stealing players from each others.

I wouldn't ban him, just inform the players here that we don't like that kind of practices...

Fear not Ladies and Gentlemen, while BK was an alternative for me while our server was a little under the
weather, and on those odd days when I wanted a bit of peace and quiet, its now gone to the dogs completely.
Nothing short of a couple of billion and some calming drugs would make me want to get anymore involved
over there now.
Having one or two final rants on the forums to see how far I can go ...
What is good to see, is people actually starting to come back to the good and balanced roleplay server here,
unlike there, where the discussions on power upgrades, and cloaked ships is getting out of hand.
And I removed the link I left for Igiss to check the bugs and features thread because it was an embarrassment.
We always knew where we were better off anyway, just had to test the waters to make sure.
Discovery GC is the home of the mod and most of those that play here understand the concept ...

Shame they feel the need to try to poach people now, shows just how bad things have got.

I'm slightly disgusted that someone would go so low to offer money to join some crappy server... Ah well...

I personally wouldn't go on the server if it was full of people like him anyway... I've only been on like 2times, and I didn't actually talk to people there...

If a certain player is willing to move just because some credits have been offered to him, we would easily be better off by having him moving away.

me and the guys came there 2 some time ago, filled ALOT of slots there, now we left and there was this odd virus( which ripped apart alot of chars) so i dont think alot of people came back,

still not a reason to do this kinda sh*t ( sorry for the spelling , long day)
