Uh, since when have codes become useless?

Anyone want to say that to my Titan with 4 Excals?

You don't get that kind of damage and efficiency with normal guns, even after the Class 9 buff.

In my opinion, however, buy codes wisely. They cost a rather large load of cash, and often are not worth it. The Phoenix, for instance, is not. It can easily be outdone and substituted with a faction class 9. But when you're looking for something with that extra kick for the one pass two shot pilot, some codes are great.

I believe those things are server-side. Try in openSP. Also, playing with a modified client on the official server is a big no-no. I believe only resolution and Global Workaround mods are allowed to be run at the same time as Discovery.

Indeed, even cosmetic changes to guns are illegal. I remember admins saying that some time ago. Someone was changing textures of the ships, and they said its illegal.
