On the 2 of Juyl while playing the game I encounted a pilot named GroundZero. I was piloting a Cruiser and engaged him he fled, but would not leave sys. He contiuned to to remain until two other friends of his LR Boming madness and LR inthewallet came to join him. In combination with Groundzero they defeated me and asked me to leave. I told them Groundzero was in vioation of the rules and they said they don't obey rules. I continued to talk to them to get Groundzero to leave, Groundzero refused, I explained that he could be sanction for this violation. I then logged off.
I now returned to the game onyly to find that I have been sanctioned not for refusing to leave but for trying talk to them about the rules. They turned around filed a complaint against me and lied to the Admin, who they used to sanction me. I believe that the Admins are allowing themselves to be use to sanction other players who haven't vioated any rules. These three players decided to teach me a lesson not to threaten them in the future by going to the Admin. So they filed a complaint against me that was false. The Admin doesn't care who's right or wrong, so they just sanctioned me to get these player out of their hair.
Someone needs to SANCTION THE ADMINS FOR INCOMPETENCE!

Sorry you are Incompetent You postet this and actually admittet to have broken a server rule, Now note that Admins got ss of the one that filed the report on you.

Now if you have taken time to read the server rules you would have found this:

3.5 Attempts to pose as admins and attempts to interpret rules are not allowed. Using an Admin's name without prior consent of the Admin is never allowed.
Threats of sanctions will result in a sanction against those threatening, and may be equivalent in monetary and equipment value to the sanction threatened.

So Dont call Admins Incompetent, they spend so much of their freetime for free but have to listen to Non rule readers like you complaning.

Now take your sanction as a man.

Sorry to admins and all others but i am getting tired of players Complaning and at same time admits a rule breaking, but dont know how to read a set of rule.

You lawyered to try and get out of being pirated, then you immediately break a basic server rule yourself.
You swapped to a cruiser to get back at the pirates, that's called re-engaging.
Now you have it made it pretty clear elsewhere on these forums, you do not like our rules, so our basic
observation is, you are possibly playing in the wrong place ...
Our server, our rules, and they are unlikely to be changed because -you- don't happen to like them.

Ah yes, I recall the situation quite well actually.

I, LR-Bombing.Madness, had just logged on to do some taxing in my new Barghest in California. I hailed GroundZero through the private comms and he arranged to lure the Cruiser into the Whitney Ice Field, so we would have a better chance of destroying it before it destroyed GroundZero. LR-Hole.In.The.Wallet logged onto his Barghest and we moved together to the assigned coordinates, Hole.In.The.Wallet slightly far behind.
We arrived and the Cruiser stopped, and we engaged.
We eventually managed to destroy the cruiser, and then he filled the system chat with "I want a re-match, where are you guys now?" All of us Rogues headed to the trade lanes to tax abit and saw the Cruiser again. It didn't come any closer than 4k, and eventually cruised towards the Whitney Ice Field.

Several facts I would like to point out:
- I did not make a report, so Sindroms I have not actually done anything wrong in this situation that could provoke people.
- Chasing a Greyhound Heavy Fighter in a Liberty Cruiser is wrong. You seem new to the server, but sorry, although in role-play a Cruiser would pursue a fighter, this is a game and everybody needs to enjoy it.

Sindroms, screenshots from the incident are in my most recent report in the message dump, but I can also send them to you if you so wish.
