Liberty high indie capship count

I don't have experience with these kinds of ships, but maybe the stats are just a tad off for the LABC to properly fit into the game ballance

On a side note, Heavy fighters have started showing up again in gameplay, maybe each house should have a heavy fighter in addition to their VHFs

Try fitting a HF in between the ultra-maneuverable Chimera and Wyrm. It won't work. It works well for Bretonia, 'cause our VHF is a tank and our LF is very light, but for a house like Kusari, who has a very agile VHF and LF anyways, it just doesn't fit. Liberty might be able to do with a bit of a boost to their HF ( which, if I remember correctly has two calss 8s and two class 9s), and Rheinland already as a rather agile VHF, with substandard firepower.

Every house doesnt need a battlecruiser, but every house could use two types of cruisers.

Kusari's destroyer is too tiny and they havent got a remotely heavy cruiser. Rheinlands cruiser is practically a battlecruiser and it probably could do with being stat'd like one, provided they were given a lighter cruiser to replace the thruster loss. Bretonia is sort of strange, the bret destroyer isnt huge, but its heavy, they could use a really light cruiser or a BC. Liberty already has two types, which makes it better than the other three houses, on top of having two BS (light and heavy).

Hell, it was someones bright idea that Zoners and Order should have more types of capital ships than houses, with two cruisers and two BS for the zoners, and order with two cruisers. Bounty hunters have two cruisers also, less noticable is the two rheinland unlawful cruisers.

could just be a case of 'they've got more than me' but the lack of variety is true for certain factions, which can lead to skewed popularity. Extending beyond just ships, certain factions getting lots and lots of bases while others get screwed over, can lead to skewed popularity.

(dont get my started on guard zones, im going to have to say that everyone should recognise that they're all OORP and non canon and black them out).

Another factor to add to the list, and this one is one of the most important. Having a variety is something which can change peoples minds, they may be set to make a Kusarian capship but then think "Not much choice for cruisers, oh well, Liberty it is."

I destroyed a lib BC with Gerald Gallego's falcata ... If I can do it with a light bomber, you can do it with any bomber.
I guess it's an easy work with a bargest, SNAC + TCD + Nova or inferno and work is done !

And the fact the LN caps are outnumbers is NOT new !

im only saying one thing if the LABC IS REMOVED I WANT A FUL L230 MILL OR SO (ie total price of armor and weapons) remembursement from the admins as it just wouldrent be fair and im sure others would agree with me for our ships to just" mystrously vanish'' and possably kil loff charcters and roleplay

I have a Liberty Cruiser, and there is one thing stopping me from upgrading. The BC does not have a thruster.

I think the best solution to this would just be to allow official, approved factions to control all ships of their respective NPC faction larger than GBs. Would solve a lot of problems for all of us.

People fly caps in liberty because there is a lot of activity. Fix that, and you fix the problem (or just move it onto another region)...

Looks like liberty will be 1 less.

Battlecruisers are by far the most popular capship... (out of battleships and cruisers)
