Concerning the whole PvP thing

Nah, you're just playing stupid, and I'm bored too. Look, a POLICE TAG is your name showing in people's HUD as 'Police - Wobbly' even though your char's name is plain 'Wobbly' that is represented in your rep window (F8) by the fact that the greenest faction is the Police (bottom of your rep screen) faction name is flashing yellow, so the rest of the players see you as 'Police - Wobbly'.
The fact that you bought a Freelancer ID (the thing that serves as a tractor beam too, not a TAG, there's no 'Freelancer - Wobbly') doesn't mean much when someone sees you red in the HUD first reaction is to blast you to space dust. And don't get on the Phantoms 2 to 1 I fought 5 Rh Bombers flown by PvP whores + an Outcast Destroyer and I was bashing the Destroyer, the coward kept shieldrunning on me.

Mabye this post isn't necessary, but if your a Freelancer who is 'all the way green' with the Corsairs, wouldn't you just be a Corsair? :mellow:

BTW: o.0 Phantoms have good RP, and why on earth are you going against Hoodlum ( or whatever you prefer to be called[ I've forgotten]) o.0 he is good at RP if I remember correctly. . .

Why is it OK for phantom to fly rb's, attack freelancers, and be basically, as far as I can see, the same kind of player they call others pvp whores for?

If all the pvp whores make a "reaver" faction, and continue to be pvp whores, is that OK? If so can they pick all the uber ships/equipment and justify it as rp?

And also I would like to ask about namecalling here, is that OK only when factions do it as well?

Cause they had elaborate Role Plays to set up to acquire these ships. You're comparing apples and oranges and it's very evident that you haven't bothered to read *ANY* of the past role plays.

Defeats the purpose of Role Play. You can't just come up with *THAT* and expect it to be role play.. Role play is like a BOOK.. You ACT the book out and with reasonable actions. Not some cockimate theory like what you just came up with

First, name-calling is BARRED by server rules (Go read them again, kid).

Secondly, Apples and oranges yet again.

If you're full green with Corsairs, you might as well role play as them. Otherwise, it's S.T.F.U. and go along with the majority of the server.

This server has had it's own sense of RP for a very long time. Granted it has its flaws, but if every "jack of all trades" came in and told us it was wrong, how would YOU feel ? you'd be pretty pissed off. You'd be wanting to have them banned from the server.

Bottom line: Go with what has been ESTABILISHED, not change it to suit your needs. *that* is the major problem on this server/community.

You weren't here when the battleships could mount fighter turrets..

You weren't here most of all, when Phantoms ACTULALY did these role plays...

and better yet... You weren't here long enough to know how the role plays were set up.

The RH Bomber isn't "Uber ship". Slipstream with class 9 weapons.. THAT is ubber ship. I can defeat a RH Bomber.. it takes PRACTICE and SKILL to do that.

Phantoms didn't pick uber ships just for the sake of PvP.. You don't know jack about Phantoms. *I* am a member of the Phantoms, i've flown with them *AND* against them more times in the last 18 months than You have been on this server.

Give it up before you REALLY do piss people off, if you haven't already.
