-Dear GMG Guildmasters,
My name is Mattaki Seido, and I am the Director of DynoXe International. We are a reborn PMC (Private Military Company) and are seeking to reach an agreement of sorts. At the moment I am writing this on Aomori station, and regret no being able to propose this in person. Anything you'd like to know is enclosed here, and of course anything else you wish to know, we would be happy to answer. Our intent is quite simple, we would provide our elite services to conducting routine patrols around and in GMG space, and, how do you say, Mop the proverbial floor with any dirt we may find. All DXI asks in return is Docking rights. Our pay shall come from DXI gun-cam's and the resulting bounties. I hope this proves acceptable, and if not, I hope we can at least come to terms.
To the beginning of a very close relationship.
Sincerely, Director Mattaki Seido, DXI.

"Sensei," interrupted Jin'ko Hayate, "there is a group here on Aomori. They say they wish to conduct business with GMG|."
The Guild Master only known as Raikoke was spending a lot of time on Aomori lately and a lot less in her home on Niigata. Sprawled all over the large table in Aomori's meeting chambers were charts and tables of GMG|'s trade runs. Despite the importance of her newest pile of work, Raikoke was happy for the reprieve.
"Konichiwa, Jin'ko-chan," smiled the diminutive Guild Master, "what sort of business are they talking about?"
"Martial business, Sensei," replied the Ensign, "they wish to work for us and have docking rights."
"Docking rights? They are already docked to this station." muttered the exasperated Guild Master, "Well lead me to them, they'll get their meeting in-person"
Both women walked briskly down the hall towards the visitor's ward. As they approached a junction within the visitor's ward, Raikoke turned to one of the stations security officers.
"Take one more officer with you and go get Director Mattaki Seido for me," she told him, "I'll be waiting in the visitor's lounge."
Entering into the visitors lounge Raikoke, with Jin'ko in tow, moved to sitting location near the viewing deck. Raikoke ordered some tea from the attendant and relaxed patiently.
"Stay here during the meeting, Jin'ko-chan, I trust your eye and may need it," said the Guild Master, "I hope this truly is what this Director says it is. We'll need the extra help to bolster the remaining numbers since part of our division will be gone with the Ayakashi."
"Hai," affirmed the loyal ensign, "If I may add; while I was never too keen on many of the pilots who killed for profit, I have to admit, there are some who proved to be great assets for our paramilitary forces out there in the Sigmas. My life has been saved more than once by the two female freelancers in particular."
"Noted," replied the Guild Master, "Let's see what this one has to say."
The middle aged man was sitting on a relatively comfortable chair chewing on his pen, while listening to Commander Sorlyn's input on the proposal. Hmm.. This should be a piece of cake deal... but why am I having trouble wording this? Back in the old days, People would come see ME about these things...
"Hmm?" He uttered without movement as a man tapped his shoulder, but was a little more mobile once he said that the Guild Master would see him now. Quickly he closed the pad and stowed it away as he formally followed the guard into the lounge.
As he walked in he noticed the two woman sitting patiently, and noted it to himself.. "Konnichiwa. I am Mattaki Seido, Director of DynoXe International. I am grateful for your ability to meet me in person, and wish this meeting goes smoothly and ends with benefits."
As the Director took his seat, he awaited for the introductions...

"Konnichiwa and arigato for coming, Director Mattaki-san, I am 'Raikoke' a Guild Master of GMG|" greeted the Guild Master, "and this is my attendant, Ensign Jin'ko Hayate"
"Konichiwa" greeted Jin'ko
"I hear you wish to provide the services of your private military to work alongside GMG|'s own paramilitary forces," started Raikoke, "May I ask you about your background, your origins, former allegiances, current allegiances and what makes up your forces?"
Raikoke placed her tea back down on the table.
"You see, it is a matter both security and administration that we get all the pertinant details straightened out before we can accept an entire force under the control of one Director to begin operating in our space," continued the Guild Master, "If all checks out, however, you may find things going smoothly as we are in need of such a service in the very near future"
He smirks as he begins to enter his element. "I understand completely." And with a few clicks of an opening briefcase, the game began. "Here is our clientary information. It contains general information about our structure, equipment, history, and regulations. But to explain it myself, DXI is a Private Military Company, currently without any House ties, and has the ability to execute swift and precise strikes against any targets. It would be our honor to fight for the GMG and protect your assets as if they were our own. What else am I missing... We can do Escorts, for the important Tankers you may have moving through dangerous territory. Basically you could consider us your sword and shield.." Seido sits back as he revels in his precise and near perfect explanation, and prepares himself for the next round...
After a swig or two of water, the response continues. "In our former 'Life,' so to speak, DXI was under Contract with a fledgling Kishiro, Universal Shipping, A few Government-Funded organizations, and a couple Private Contracts. However, growing Corporate Espionage, along with criminals joining hands to fund the spies, eventually forced me to freeze DXI's Assets, effectively disbanding the Company. However I am re-instituting DXI, and in only a week or two have acquired a battle-ready squad of extraordinary skill. Looking at Now, you are our first contract prospect, and I assure you, that does have its benefits compared to the other's who will join in later. As I said, we also have ties to any House, Corporation, or Entity other than ourselves. Our Forces consist of Myself, Commander Sorlyn, and his elite Serpent Squadron. And even with this minuscule amount, we could probably wipe clean your entire Area of Operations with little effort. I hope you don't see this as being full of myself... But i'm basing this all off my prior Company.. my 'Flawed' DXI, and now I have a bright new infant company... Already seeming to surpass it's father.
And with a grin the streaky-haired man laid back in his chair and asked his own question. "Care to know anything else?"

After a lengthy pause, during which Raikoke paged through the documents taking mental note of pertinant details, she looked up and made one of her rare smiles.
"Arigato, Director Mattaki-san," responded Raikoke as she handed the documents to her guest, "I am pleased to see that you are indeed serious in your intent and if your claim to your squadron's abilities hold true you may find yours group with plenty of activity. The confidance in your claim for being a lawful private military service for legitimate corporations throughout Sirus is good one and respectful one. Please note, my honoured guest, that we too are heavily connected throughout Sirius due to the demand for our product. I'll be quite interested now in watching the rebirth of your service. Which is why I am going to accept."
Raikoke leaned forward with a smirk.
"This will be good to witness. I'll let Jin'ko Hayate give you a briefing on our own paramilitary force's history and what the current situation is." said the Guild Master as she waved over Jin'ko.
Jin'ko Hayate stepped forward and stood straight and confidant in front of those assembled. She began recite her litany with pride.
"The Guild's Paramilitary Division can trace it's roots back to The Eighty. In the eighty years it took to win that war against the invading Rheinland fleet, GMG amassed a significant amount of experience on the battlefield and recorded every result. In the end of that war GMG used the superior tactics with knowledge of the terrain to wipe out the entire Rheinland fleet. So began generations of training paramilitary pilots in the arts of warfare and nebula guerilla tacitcs. GMG now had their own private army and probably the best paid pilots in Sirius if I may add.
"From this point on the Guild has maintained a strong grudge against the provokaters of the conflict; Kruger. For a couple generations the Guild ensured that Kruger would not rebuild after the foolish mistake they made in mis-identifying their enemies. Our assaults on Mannheim was, for the most part, unhindered and our goal was successful enough that we called off our assaults nearly 9 years ago.
"In more recent times we've encountered a large ammassed fleet of Rheinlanders possesed by Oni coming from Kusari space in the direction of Rheinland. Of course seeing Rheinlanders in GMG space, Oni or not, our forces came in hard and scattered that little fleet known as Wilde. We heard that the RFP along with outside help finnished off what was left when those that escaped the Guild got into Rheinland.
"Our current situation stands at this current point. We are holding both Hispanic nations in check, yes that's right the Outcasts and the Corsairs. We have held our ground and blocked the approach of both those nations. Against eveything from light fighters to fully loaded dreadnaugts. We still have Wilde from both Rheinland and Kusari coming in and causing chaos. Not only do they need to be destroyed but measures need to be taken against those they contact. Most recently we've been seeing a rising problem with the Kusari Hogosha these days in Okinawa system. Arrogant group who may be powerful in Kusari but have made the mistake of venturing into GMG space."
Jin'ko Hayate bowed to the Director of DXI and returned to her place further behind the Guild Master known as Raikoke.
"Arigato, Jin'ko-chan" responded Raikoke and she turned to the Director "Well there you have. I must admit, they are pretty good and have served the Gas Miners Guild beyond expectations for generations. A proud group I assure you. Perhaps your group may fit in well, if your credentials are correct.
"Now you've heard about our enemies and what we do to them, I should take this time to note certain "targets" that should be left alone. Kusari seems to make a big show about the Blood Dragons, a set of propaganda perpectuated by Samura. Please pay them no heed, they have their issues of course but they are not disruptive to us or our friends. It seems they have their specific enemies with Samura and certain Kusari officials. We don't consider it our problem as we have our hands full against the Hispanics. We are also beginning diplomatic negotiations with Rheinland. While we still will "eject" RM, RFP, and Kruger from our space until negotiations are complete, we don't want to be unecessarily "bullheaded" with them until such tim as an agreement can be made.
"If any of this sounds satisfactory to you and your's than you are welcome to operate in our space and provide escort services for our Trade Division. Never know if you perform well enough you may be invited on some interesting excursions or maybe even be invited to come into our restricted space, Sigma-59, which is indeed off limits till such time.
"Now I must apologize, but I am in a hurry, I have a meeting to attend in Rheinland."
Raikoke stood up from her chair and bowed to the Director of DXI.
"Arigato for coming to us, Director Mattaki-san, and sayonara"
With that both Raikoke and her attendant hurried down the hall towards the mooring docks.
With a Smirk Director Seido packed up his files into his briefcase, and picked up the contract, scanned it once and sealed it inside a folder.
That went pretty smoothly... And so it begins. He quickly put his Comlink on and issued out a message to the SBC (Secure Broadcasting Center) and with a boost of morale, and a wide grin on his face, he walked to the nearest bar to celebrate.
