This compares 3 Bombers together: The first one is the BD Bomber, here are its stats.
Stats
Gun/Turrets Mounts: 4/1
Armor: 16000
Cargo Space: 80
Max Batteries/NanoBots: 85/85
Power Capacity: 38200
Power Recharge: 1722
Optimal Weapon Class: 9
Max. Weapon Class: 10
Additional Equipment: M, CM, 2xCD/T
Now, that seems alright for its size, right?
And then, you have the famed Barghest, which is one of the heaviest bomber on the server...
Z-9000 "Barghest" Liberty Rogue/Molly Bomber
Stats
Gun/Turret Mounts: 4/2
Armor: 24500
Cargo Space: 150
Max Batteries/NanoBots: 115/115
Power Capacity: 47000
Power Recharge: 2350
Optimal Weapon Class: 9
Max. Weapon Class: 10
Additional Equipment: M, CM, CD, 2xCD/T
Still seems pretty good for its stats!
But then... you have the GC bomber...
C7-F "Orchid" Golden Chrysanthemum Bomber
Stats
Gun/Turret Mounts: 4/0
Armor: 15700
Cargo Space: 80
Max Batteries/NanoBots: 85/85
Power Capacity: 38200
Power Recharge: 1722
Optimal Weapon Class: 8
Max. Weapon Class: 10
Additional Equipment: M, CM, 2xCD/T
It's way larger than a barghest, and has such a small powerplant for its size! It makes it a rather useless (but beautiful) ship, easy to hit, with less armor than a BD Bomber, which much be 3 times smaller than this bomber!
I suggest either a boost of its stats, or a remodel to keep its actual statistics. Does anyone agree...?

It's big, yeah, but it's not -quite- a 47k bomber. To be that, it'd need to be made heavier, and blah blah blah. While I wouldn't mind a powerplant upgrade to it, it isn't the end of the world. It turns quite fast now.
Dragon Bomber maximum angular speed in radians/second: 1.0688
Barghest maximum angular speed in radians/second: 0.8667
GC Bomber maximum angular speed in radians/second: 1.0750
For comparison against fighters:
Titan maximum angular speed in radians/second: 1.1220
Sabre maximum angular speed in radians/second: 1.2250
Eagle maximum angular speed in radians/second: 1.3049
For comparison against other bombers:
Rheinland snubnose maximum angular speed in radians/second: 0.9111
Praetorian maximum angular speed in radians/second: 0.9556
Upholder maximum angular speed in radians/second: 1.0500
Note, these figures reflect a general radians/second maximum rate of turn, not rate of turn in a particular axes. For example, bounty hunter capital ships tend to turn faster on the horizontal axis to allow their wide flanks to be exposed.
As you can see, the GC bomber is quite nippy, compared to the Barghest. The armour and powerplant are sacrificed for the extra agility, which should be quite easy to feel. It also allows the GC bomber to better defend itself against fighters when compared to the Barghest.
EDIT: Figures from FLstat.
EDIT2: Radian = 57.2958 degrees
The GC Bomber might turn faster than alot of other bombers, but if you take it into consideration that the BD bomber is a much smaller profile for MORE armour, with around about minor agility decrease.
If you've flown the GC bomber you will know it's an Mini Razor target, its big profile to the top is advertising "MR here" on it. The trouble is the agility is still that of something quite hittable by other fighters, the low armour of the thing means hitting it with Mini Razors is dishing out alot of pain.
I don't really think we should have "Light" Bombers in the first place, and would be much happier if all the "Light" Bombers such as this was meant to be got an agility and profile nerf with a consequent boost in gen/armour to compensate.
Firstly, "48k" bombers became 38.2K bombers when all bombers had their power plant reduced. I've never had a problem flying the Orchid, I was even once insulted in Conn. for being a PvP whore and only flying the Orchid for its' superior turning. The Orchid shares the same power plant as the Falcata and Catamarans, both of which are notoriously good bombers.
It is also far from the largest bomber. It's also far from being as big as a Barghest. Your comparison even shows this. It has a smaller profile from the front, which is the most important thing in a joust.
This is a comparison of most of the bombers. As you can see the Orchid is roughly mid-size. As far as bombers go, I rate it about average.
