I've received reports from the LNS Chinook,
it was attacked by a C.C.E Liberty Frigate
and an AW Kusari Destroyer,
the Chinook moved into Virginia, the C.C.E
and AW followed.
A help request was sent to Richmond station, fighters came to assist
the Chinook, the C.C.E Frigate was seriously damaged and
retreated. The AW DS fled too.
Ships ID: [AW]Valgrind, =C.C.E=KNIGHT_VALOR
They were last seen jumping to the New York system.
SA are now declaring C.C.E hostile.
Earlier report from the Chinook:
Engaged a HF Cruiser and Gunboat
in Magellan, they were destroyed.

Why did they run to New York when they were winning..
I am still the leader of this faction, and things do not get approved without my consent. When, you, nuss, led the faction, I asked for approval on everything.
Right now, I am completely incensed.

Nussebull you may keep the Osiris. If anyone in the SA wishes to use an Osiris, feel free to do so.
However, Thor, your char that uses the Nepthys is going to be "suspended" for now, especially since I told you clearly that Order ships are not to be used. This will go under further debate and discussion. Until then, get rid of it, or don't use that char.

First let me state, on the subject of Order fighter I am in complete agreement after doing research on the subject. However, i wish to propose we revisit the regulation of the osiris BS. After researching the subject I have found the vessel to be based on an LSF and Lib Navy research project just de-classified. The Order's vessel was stolen by Orillion before the open conflict with the Nomads. So, i propose we adopt the Osiris on these grounds;
1. The vessel is built out of our tech.

2. Omicron Minor is a disputed system and we are netural to local milita.
3. We maintain local militia patrols in that system.
So, I ask DOD to at least consider my proposal and with the final decision i shall act accordingly.
All units are ordered, as commander on the ground, to move all combat vessels to California. AW and other hostiles havebeen scanned assembling in NY and surrounding systems as have CCE. This looks coordinated. Until further notice we are on combat alert. All ships assemble in California and report to officer on the scene. trying to find intel on this. (OOC what the heck is going on?)
Due to hostile movement of AW, HF, CCE and others into NY and Cali i order all SA ships to Cali for possible combat. I had received intel of possible offensive. Skirmishes were encountered in Cali by LNS- RedBear, Chinook, and Phoenix and repeled. As the hour of possible combat approach put out scramble alert to all SA. Due to ION storms none but the SA-OsoRojo and RedBear were available. As commander on the scene placed request for help to any and all available to repel attack. However, AW and allies failed to appear, but the CCE has made pledges of friendship and aid in repeling AW and allies. As sole representative have granted Friend status. Also, as commander on scene I have granted (sso) allied status.
These policy decision shall be enacted for I have pledged my word as Admiral of SA. To protect Liberty I did want needed to be done and i regret nothing. Forgive me my friends, but if this action is overidden I will have to resign due to my honor being sullied. I do not do this lightly, but only I manned the parapet in this crisis and i did what needed to be done.
So, let the diplomacy board read- sso-ally and CCE friend. Of course we reserve the right to change due to their actions.
