Vessel: Bowex)Voyager
Having given the ship a fresh new coat of paint, and the crew new Company space tee suits, I took my vessel, the newly named Voyager, for her maiden run as the official Company vessel. I had run her as a company franchisee for the last 8 years, after which Mr Maloney has kindly agreed to offer me full employement. Welcome home, paycheck! Maggie, my secretary, is grumbling at the additional paperwork and was demanding a raise, as usual. I set off from Erie with Neon, and reached Cambridge. Liberty is infested with pirates nowadays, and I had a narrow miss from several. Some of these rascals are now flying transports! So that they can rob even more efficiently. From Cambridge onwards, the well policed Bretonia was smooth flying. Finally brought the refugees back from Leeds, to Erie- the war is indeed exacting a terrrible human price. Heard that my brother in the BAF was blundering along as usual; it is a miracle that he is still alive.. what is a professor doing in a Templar? Anyhow, trips paid well, and fast, and I will spread my wings to Rheinland soon.
Grave news. I got held up in Omega-7 near Freistadt by 2 Corsair gunboats [D.Brothers]Jimmy.Law and [D.Brothers]Travis-Wood and had to part with 1.2 million and 200 pieces of Cobalt I was carrying from Briesen to New London. I sustained minor damage on hull.
I recommend setting a bounty on their head. The sum is totally up to you.

Well our first day on the job for Border Worlds Exports ended with us having to jettison almost 4200 litres of hydrogen fuel. My gunner chief managed to get a shot on the cargo and it vaporised. Cant let them pirates get what they want all the time. Oh and the Junker Congress were the attackers, along with a harvester. I recommend we avoid all contact with the Congress.
We managed to escape with only minor damage to the internal systems. There was a hull breach on deck 10 and a few casualties but no major injuries.

Subject: Planet Sydney Refugee transportation.
Ahoy there boss's and fellow dock rats, I have fullfiled my contracted Refugee relocation quota for the day, Port Jackson has recieved yet more families eager to set up their lives away from the war and crowded smogfilled Leeds.
The zoners didnt have much out and about, but when I docked on the planet, I was treated rudely, the buildings were flimsy and the place full with all kinds of scum, typical of a lawless 'freeport planet'
I went to the Bowex land shipping officer and had the refugees handed over to his care, I'm sure they'll get comfortable after the shock of moving has worn off. Hopefuly one day we're able to land closer to Port Jackson to limit their discomfort.
That is all, I have some visual logs, but I'm sure you dont care for me to upload them to this report, there is a flurry of the same old refugee transporting report, im sure you're well accustomed to the sight of Planet Sydney.
Stephanie Wren and family died tonight, after their third successful run to Omicron Delta, through Gamma. They were hunted across three systems, into Newcastle System, and then bombed out by Mobius Four. This assault will nto go unoticed.
The ship will be replaced, though this marks the end of the Wren family as a spacing clan. I have no children, and no surviving heirs.
My final report is that not once in the last three months has a convoy flying directly through Gamma, from 41 to Kappa, and then on return from Kappa to Theta, been dangerously accosted by Corsairs. I have had cargos worth in excess of ten million credits, aboard a vessel worth well in excess of three hundred fifty million credits, safely traverse the space numerous times. The IMG controlled Bretonian Territory in Tau Space has proven far more dangerous than the expanses of Omicron Gamma. The Corsairs do not enforce their hegemony anywhere, even less in Gamma. If they cannot enforce it, it does not exist. Gentlemen, Gamma is open territory.

Christopher Wren, Director of Division Seven.
Message Begins:
Ladies and Gentlemen of Bowex, it is my sad duty to announce to you, as you may have already observed over your own neural net, that the Director of Operations of the Bowex Corporation, William Burke, has died in his sleep, at the age of 72.
Much as Burke's death sorrows me, and sorrows us all, there is still a war on, and I find myself next in line for the position, and am currently acting director. I will attend to the details of his memorial, and forward further information on such to each of you.

Greetings,
I offer my sincere condolences to Mr. Burke's familiy. Grave news in dangerous times. I am sure that Mr. Wren will succeed with his efforts as the current acting director.
However, I want to announce that i am now at your disposal for exploration and escort missions. I just fitted out my new Hawk with fine Bretonian weaponry and made some technical adjustments at Scarborough. Those Bretonian guns did some good work when I took on a few housecleaning missions from the Bowex mission operatives at Lancaster.
With those bad news of increasing numbers of pirate attacks on Bowex vessels and all that lost cargo I hope to be of service soon. I believe that especially Clydesdayle pilots might appreciate my work as the greater Shire and Shetland convoys easily outgun my light fighter...
Ah, I think there's some trouble outside, I can hear the automated defense systems humming online. Better get going and see if there's one of them Outcasts for me left to pick off the skies...

But it annoys me when people make silly comments about that... especially brits who for the most part can't speak their own language let alone anyone elses!
