Title says it all. I'd use Fraps, but the free trial only lets me record for 30 seconds. I need something that can record for about 5 minutes continuously. It has to be good quality and free (I can't emphasize that enough).
Anyone know what I should use?

Xfire doesn't work while I'm playing Final Fantasy VII. I think it detects that I'm playing FF7, but I can't bring up the Xfire menu in the game.
