"Tonight, while salvaging debris from the pittsburgh debris field, I stumbled upon another junker in distress, being attacked by a Liberty Rogue Gunboat. From the captain of that ship's report, it appears that the Rogue had attempted to pirate his ship while on salvage ops."
"Moving to assist, my vessel soon came under attack as well, and the Rogue called in backup from a lane hacker bomber."
"At this point, I'm requesting that all junker stations bar the following two craft from ever docking or resupplying. I'm also requesting explanation from the Hackers and Liberty Rogues as to why in the hell they've decided to start pirating their closest allies. Finally, I'm requesting that the Junker Naval Service hunt down and destroy these two dog bastards, and make their deaths as slow and painful as possible."
"I would also like to thank the two outcasts, Ajaba and Orpheus_Descending, for lending their assistance against these lunatics."
Well this is troubling indeed. Perhaps the Rogues would appreciate it if we tripled our salvage operations and cleared the junk cover we maintain. My ship is currently wrapping up a combat salvage operation in the Omicrons and will be returning to Rochester for overhaul. We will take up sentry near the station and keep a look out for these pests.

Well, I can't speak for all of the rogues, but I'll personally keep an eye on this scum. I've got a couple good friends who hang out there, and if that bastard is harming junkers, he's goin' on my Kill on sight list.
When I've got the free time, I'll be sure to head there and make sure ya'll are ok.
So, I'm making my way to Rochester and what happens? I get pirated by a Hacker and an Outcast. Quite unreasonable that they didn't open up a negotiation talk with me. Not being a generally confrontational Junker myself I paid them and warned them not to use our debris fields for cover or our base if they were going to hack up our renowned Junker hospitality. Yet, lo and behold, I find them using the debris field to lure the local law enforcement. Enraged, I honored my warning and dispatched one of the hooligans. Perhaps they will have learned their lesson after drifting in the field for some time.
No need to hunt them but keep an eye on Deimos and William.Williamson
These names have been brought to me before after one of the Family witnessed casual violence around Fort Bush & Pittsburg region. Im an old fashioned Junker with the view that if you mess with one Junker you mess with all Junkers. They will not find refuge in Bretonia & their docking privileges have been revoked.
Greetings , Mr Thorn, Mr Malone. Your messages have been passed out to our Arbiters. Expect a course of action soon.
Also , at he who calls himself "Taffic", who are you and why the hell do you think you can say who can dock in Trafalgar and who cant? Thats the job of our Director of Bretonian Operations , McMillan.
Again , I ask for your patience. Our Arbiters have been awfully busy, but they will respond as soon as they can.

Now this is something....new, yet quite frankly, I am not surprised.
Let's get down to the point, shall we? This field is one of the Liberty Rogue base of operations, our destroyer is stationed there to provide resupply of our lighter craft and a key base to cover most of the north-east side of New York map. This field, is needed there to prevent navy scanners to pick up the destroyer's engine readings.
I have yet to make a transmission to the Junkers Congress about this dilemma, it seems some of the Rogues have taken matters into their own hands, which while seems perfectly understandable is also rather...alarming at the same time.
Look here, boys, I am already to busy with the influx of Outcast gunships in Liberty, eating away the resources of our bases, not only I cannot afford to loose that station, I cannot drop my work and go find those two fools.
Allys or not, this one is for you to decide, while my own peeps know better, I cannot assure you this wont be happening again.
Bounty them, gut them, stalk them, the hell if I care, that's my current stance. I already expressed my feelings.
But while we are on the subject...
Maybe the Junkers can explain who the hell are these Legacy junkers that keep attacking the LR- smuggler convoys, or...any convoys for that matter.
They blew up a rogue affiliated smuggler 4k from Alcatraz depot not five hours ago, I am giving you a chance to reason with them before they start to slowly blow up one by one.
Again, just to make a point, the matter of the Debree field is still unknown, but if things turn out for the worse, Junker vessels may be restricted from the area, by force if necessary till we can solve this.
This is also a more tangled skein than is apparent at a glance.
The Junker in question has worked with another to hijack cargo and destroy resisting vessels while "salvaging".
Every Junker call's their own shots but this one is a bit "active" at a high level in house space near a coporately run planet and not far from a Liberty shipyard and base. His behavior is more akin to that of a Xeno or drunk Corsair on a "rip and strip" raid than a discrete and buisiness minded Junker.
I don't have a solution--far be it from me to compell another Junker to follow my own business direction in his personal matters...but he is putting us all in an awkeard position--as is indicated by our estemable friend above.

Im an old time Bretonian Junker that was here before the Congress was formalised & I was Tinkerbells first choice of Arbiter in the region. I stepped down sharpish as politics bores me, but Im cracking my knuckles again & I dont like it when a Junker is threatened. Makes me twitchy! Trafalgar is my home & I dont want that crap in my home. I trust Thorns report.

The individuals I've seen flying under the Legacy flag have been... problematic to say the least. I've had to blast several of their members to pieces myself, they seem to be using junker neutrality as a disguise for their own agenda, and I wont have any of it. We know better than to attack our allies, and they should know better than to attack us. The economy between our factions within liberty is a delicate balance, and I wont have idiots throwing it out the hatch.
As for the debris field, Junker vessels in the area have been maintaining your cover for quite some time now, since the pittsburgh 'clean up' act started by DSE in the region. We cannot guarantee that cover will last forever, but we've got salvagers in the area working overtime to keep a sufficient wall of debris around your destroy in order to cover it from Liberty scanners. Any scrap that we dont need for that purpose is, of course, routed to shipyards in Cassini, Puerto Rico, and to Lane Hacker stations for the construction and repair of our own fleets.
And in response to MrUnusuall... you may be some kid thrown up to arbiter rank by the congress, but know your place. Some of us were around long before the congress was ever conceived of.
