I am currently a smuggler in the slave trade selling my cargo to malta but what i don't understand is that outcast are now helping the freelancers stop all slave traders going past tau 37. shouldn't outcast look into this?

If this is true, then that person hasnt really read anything about the Outcasts. I recommend you ask him about it in PM's. If that doesnt help, find an Outcast you trust to come help and educate.
