Good day gentlemen. My old ship named Lake Huron has finished its last route today. It had seen over 130 years of service and its now being retired. Its hull breached and repaired in several places, and its controls going out or sparking every half an hour.
I am requesting to be granted new "Mastodon" class vessel named after mount Huron, and in memory to old ship. New ship would be flying same routes like late Lake Huron, supplying Baltimore with engine components..
Thank you for your time, Paul Minsk, freight department.

Subject: Transfer to the Mining Department
Howdy fellas,
David Stephenson here, I'm currently at the Denver docks, after the Fairweather got all suited to mining by the mechanics at Pittsburgh this mornin'.
As planned, it's now a shiny Camara, equipped with those handy mining lasers and some other extras. The lasers prove to be working quite fine, as I tested 'em in the Silverton field right now. Got some tons of silver back in the cargo bay, but I'll spend the night here on Denver and haul them over to Pennsylvania as soon as possible - I was told they pay well for the metal over there.
Just call me via the Neural Net, should the Fairweather be needed out there in the fields.

Hello Mr. Stevenson,
I'm happy to see a shiny new mining vessel among our fleet now, I'll be looking forward to seeing what the Fairweather can do out there. I must apologize for the lengthy delay in my response. Seems the Liberty citizens are brewing up hate mail about our little debris situation on Pittsburgh. Anyway, your ship has been updated in our database now, and I hope to see you out there.
Greetings Mr. Minsk,
Once again, apologies on the poor response timing. Your current vessel seems much to hazardous to even crew at this point. So please, mothball your current relic and get your crew updated in piloting the "Mastodon" before we encounter any loss of life.
In regard to naming, heritage is all too important. It serves to boost morale not only in the crew, but in the mere presence of the name. By all means carry over your tradition. Good luck out there and best wishes across the desk here. I would like to run into you out there one day.

Smelter 75 Southeast is to be immediately recomissioned and assigned the operational tasks of 3 East. Storage 76 Southeast will similarly assume the capacity of 4 East. Operation of facilities 75 and 76 Southeast will commence immediately.
Smelter 3 East is to be stripped and refitted for metal recycling. Produce is to be stored in 4 East and made available for shipment to Baltimore and Norfolk Shipyards as needed. Operation of facilities 3 and 4 East will be on standby until further notice.

Hi there fellow DSE traders, I would like to put a idea to you all !!
me and my frend has tagged are selfs like this
DSE-Global-Gateway01
DSE-Global-Gateway02
and was wondering if you all woud like to use this tag and just change the number as 03 04 05
it would show that we are a proper faction and industry and it would realy get to the pirate faction as well

It is that time again, when the beurocrats give us more decorated sheafs of tree bark and digital forms to fill out. I don't want to take up more of your time than necessary, so I'll get straight to it:

Re: Proposed tag
Hello,
We appreciate your interest in our corporation but your proposal is unfortunately not feasible for implementation. We have thousands of ships in our fleet and each would require redesignation, something we do not see any valid reason for.

Re: Pittsburgh Clean-Up Operation
Greetings Director!
We began the clean-up operation a short time ago. The ALG ship Unimog was there -- with the chairman of ALG no less! -- and I think ALG had hired some bounty hunters to keep us safe, since there weren't any cops around.
Bottom line: It went fine, but was boring as ever. There was a decent light-show though, but then the scum died.
I filed my full report to the department, but they requested I send this to you as well.

Greetings again. I come with dire news. The Appalacian has been destroyed, as well as my ship! We were trying to flee pirates when all of a sudden an Outcast gunboat swooped in and obliterated us. The Ozark managed to get away, thank goodness. I am now getting a new ship from the insurance company. I wish to also bring up discussion of heavy ships for use, such as gunboats or cruisers. I shall be looking for some heavy firepower to take along our trading runs.

After bashing a couple consoles with my lucky 3/4 wrench in my Starblazer, I finally got my transponder tuned into the DSE frequencies. Now I am in need of some research equipment. In order to start doing my job properly I am in need of an infrared/visible mapping spectrometer to help identify the composition of planets asteroids and nebulae. I also require a laser altimeter to for creating fast topographic maps of unknown objects. In addition, to aid me in locating such resources, I am requesting longer ranged scanners. I should have space next to my 23-dimensional toilet.

As my starblazer has been damage beyond repair after making risky surveys in the Tau Sectors, I am requesting an assignment or contruction of a Kingfisher equipped with the neccesary data collection equipments and experiments. This ship will more aptly fit the demands of deep space explorations than my starblazer. While I conceede the starblazer's maneuverablity is unmatched, a more hearty vessel can survive exploration in deep space where hazards such as hostile fire and extreme radition are commonplace. Also I may hire two REST assistants if this request reaches approval. Thanks for the review.

Due to the importance of deep space exploration and your thorough work in that area, your request is approved. Order of requisition for a CTE HF "Kingfisher" Class Civilian Heavy Fighter from Baltimore Shipyard, Hangar C2 has been dispatched.
