so thats one in a single account
there is a word "per"
Per. + All acounts = All accounts that a player has, for example. John Doe has six accounts and six battleships. 5 have to be shared or factionised, else he's 'violating teh law'.

Thats a bit too simple >_>
How it works is like this. For example:
John Doe has 6 battleships.
Three are factionalised, two are shared.
Faction BS 1 is assigned to the faction itself (one BS slot per official faction).
Faction BS 2 is assigned to the leader of the faction.
Faction BS 3 is assigned to the SiC of the faction.
Shared BS 1 is assigned to John Doe's friend Jane.
Shared BS 2 is assigned to John Doe's friend Jim.
Unshared BS is assigned to John Doe.
A real example of this that I know of is the Brotherhood, where the Memoria (Legate) is assigned to the faction and the Artemis (Osiris) is assigned to majkp. My friend, Enko, has a Bretonian battleship, but it's shared and assigned to his friend, who doesn't have another battleship. This leaves him room to assign himself another battleship if he chooses.
If you are going to get a BS, at least find one that has;
A: Well placed turrets. It might be a BS but if the turrets are placed badly it's going to be bad to fight with. An ideal setup would be able to have at least HALF of the turrets firing at all times, no matter what direction you are firing in.
B*: Nothings that sticks out (too far). It's hard enough to fly a BS in normal space, let alone take it into even a *light* asteroid field. Things that stick out to far get hung up on stuff. Try flying a Corsair BS in an asteroid field, fun it ain't.
*Note: I know you wouldn't normally take a BS into an asteroid feild of any sort, but in order to get to some places without Admin help you may have to.
**Note: to kill the wiggle, try flying from the cockpit view, it seems to work most of the time in SP.
