Well, I'm not sure where you can get informatnion, but on the MND/Buro Der Marineintelligenz thing, on the ID it says that this person is a member of the Buro Der Marineintelligenz, so one would assume that the MND is the name for an agent in the Buro Der Marineintelligenz.

Aye. MND (Marinenachrichtendienst) is the name of the (possible) faction, which is written on the ID. It is the name for the forces of the Buro der Marineintelligenz, which is some department of the Kanzleramt. Just like the BND in Germany or a mixture of MI5 and MI6 in Great Britain.

There is no clear indicator to distinguish between home security and foreign security here. MND is both.
