Well, im an idiot with photoshop, so can somone give me a detailed guide on how to make a user bar thing already....i have one in particular i want to make.....;)

Ah, not bad. But what exactly are you going for? Because the tutorial worked perfectly for me. You just have to take the time to do it.
@DBoy: hehehe, that tute you posted has a few missing things too, and all of them seem to overlook the font smoothing:P
