I hope you remember me from our previous conversation. I told you that i would make a more secure transmission without the interruptions of last time... *whispering is heard from outside the door and Billy changes his tone* Wonderful weather we're having! Isn't it?! YA! I know! Ha ha ha! *the sound of loud footsteps starts to disappear* Med Force One, you have to help me! I can be of great use to the vessel! I can assure you! I am trained in most of the medical fields, but i am a specialist in shock/trama... Hopefully, since i remember you didn't want to interfere with the contract, i can talk to the captain into letting me go. I understand if you cannot accept me. But please, take it into consideration. It would be an honor to work for the Med Force One.

Greetings, Billy,
My name is doctor Edward Tesh and I am the chief medical officer aboard Med.Force.One. As Ambassador Holliday is currently unavailable, I have been instructed to take up this matter.
My assistant and I, Dr. Koji Tenaka, have been discussing your request. We can always use a good shock/trauma doctor here but we don't want to step on the toes of your commander either. If you're commander is willing to release you from your contract, we will compensate him. It is the best we can do. If he finds this acceptable, we can arrange pickup be it directly or he drops you off on a Freeport where we will arrange a shuttle.
Discuss it with your commander and then have him contact either myself, Dr. Tenaka or Commander Haddock on the bridge. I look forward to your response.
Dr. Edward Tesh

Greetings Mr. Edward Tesh, I have talked with Billy and reached a conclusion on the matter. I have no use for him, you may take him. Quite frankly, there was never any need of his abilities. The ones that suffer from shock are dead to me, thus making Billy a bit useless. Anywho, I will send him in a small craft over to the Freeport. Once he reaches his destination, he will be yours. But, on one condition.. You see, I'm not the wealthiest man in the world, just enough to feed myself and my crew. Knowing this, I'm sure you must feel very sorry for my situation. So i would like a measly 100k for him. Because that's all he's worth! Hahaha! *coughs* Ehem.. Curse my old age... *mumbles something to himself*
Do you agree to these terms? Oh, and, the price is negotiable.

Greetings, Captain,
I'm sorry you can't use his abilities as many a patient we receive is either in shock or sometimes goes into it so he will be quite useful here. I do appreciate that you will send him to us.
I agree to your initial request of 100k. I will need any and all medical records with him when he arrives and the same documentation for his certifications.
Once he arrives, he will receive a physical from my staff. If he checks OK and is clean of cardamine and all his documentation is in order, you will receive the 100k that you are asking for. Who knows, if he turns out to be quite good, we may send more. Good help is hard to come by so we pay well for it.
Many Thanks,
Dr. Edward Tesh
Chief Medical Officer

I have recently been updated on Billy's position. I sent him with a Sabre equipped with just enough to reach Freeport 9, where he currently is, awaiting you outside. So now, further communications will be through Billy. And hopefully, the next time we talk, it will be about the money you'll be sending.
Goodbye Mr. Edward Tesh, i hope you find what you're looking for.
