We are setting up a new communication center in Alaska, due to high enemy activity in California.
This just came from Norfolk shipyard:
The Interceptor returned and docked with Norfolk, guess what,
it never got hijacked, the A.I on the ship got its own life and went out for a drive by in Rheinland.
It is programmed to dock for maintenace every 2 weeks and it came right on time.
New captain and crew is being transferred to Interceptor.
After much reflection over the recent past I have come to a conclusion upon the present situation. At times I am a braggart due to my Texas heritage, however, treading foolishly over long held loyalties and friendships is not one of my foibles. From such a point of view I must side with my Civil Authority on the question of KNF and HF negotiations. If such a deal is formalized, may the Void forbid, I shall putforth all the power at my disposal to rectify such a sad event. In addition, I hope this can be solved soon for I am a servant of Civil Authority and time is slipping away......

While the SFMF-Horizon was initially planning a humanitarian mission to a foreign planet, it seems that this must be postponed due to recent events in California. The order has been given for us to mobilize as quickly as possible to Liberty space. The master plan of the deployment has yet to be created, but our top execs are working on it now.
The Horizon will, in addition to its primary duties, set up the most advanced medical facilities known to Sirius. Although there is a war being fought, excess resources and other pecuniary managements have allowed us to obtain the resources and personnel necessary to build these facilities. It is expected, as California seems to be taking the brunt of the attack, that 7-12 of these centers will be set up, near planet-side hospitals to function as trauma centers and poly-trauma units.
As the SF is not completely involved with this battle yet, resources can be largely poured into support roles (food, water/ice, medical aid, etc.), spearheaded by the SFMF-Horizon. However, the SA and other allies are to be alert that if the tide turns much worse in Kusari, this assistance may have to be pulled due to the extreme cost.
The date for this will be either this Saturday, the 10th, or next Saturday, the 17th of March [dependent on whether I can make it, and how the top number of SF {and maybe SA} that can make it on these dates. Please let me know.
***Note: If it does not take place this Saturday, the 10th, Daylight Savings Time is being observed by the 17th of March. [is it just me, or is it REALLY early this year?].)

I thought that my answer was already given... however, that not being the case, let me once again state what my plan of action will be.
We are no longer conducting communiques with the Hellfire Legion. Further, we never had the intentions of establishing an alliance. Let me reiterate: We will never ally ourselves to criminals, unless said organization was pardoned for all crimes done. Therefore, please retract this ultimatum of your own, lest open hostility ensue.
However. We are not going to dismiss the possibility of accepting any organization's request to speak with me. I made it clear before, I thought, that my position as Ambassador garnered the right to speak with whomever I chose to. That being said, I never speak about the possibilities of an alliance without some form of prior warning, especially if the other faction in question is one of... questionable loyalty.
Now, I expect that we let the entire "alliance" rubbish drop. Never was there any indication that I intended to speak about alliances. The only inkling of evidence that this would have been a possible subject spoken about between myself and the Hellfire Legion commander, Drake Thastus, was a transmission made by him. I blatantly stated that I would not engage in an alliance.
Finally, I am saddened to state that an alliance between the Southern Alliance and the Kusari Naval Forces would be nigh impossible unless something strange and miraculous occurred. Barring that, however... On that note, if you require any assistance in humanitarian endeavors, the Kusari Naval Forces would be happy to aid you.

As a show of good faith, humble Fool is berthed at Newark Station with 4000 units of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals for your suffering citizens of California.
If you do not wish the relief supplies delivered directly to California, I will surely understand; as it may be an embarrassment to SA, and also present dilemma to SF vessels aiding California.
If this is case, I will happily and speedily transfer relief supplies to SA trading vessel at location of your choice.

Ooc: This is in reference to the SF desire to move their Horizon-vessel into Cali for medical assistance. Have yet to hear if any SA can or will participate. I wish to but my son comes first. Maybe the SF may change time or date.
