While the SFMF-Horizon was initially planning a humanitarian mission to a foreign planet, it seems that this must be postponed due to recent events in California. The order has been given for us to mobilize as quickly as possible to Liberty space. The master plan of the deployment has yet to be created, but our top execs are working on it now.
The Horizon will, in addition to its primary duties, set up the most advanced medical facilities known to Sirius. Although there is a war being fought, excess resources and other pecuniary managements have allowed us to obtain the resources and personnel necessary to build these facilities. It is expected, as California seems to be taking the brunt of the attack, that 7-12 of these centers will be set up, near planet-side hospitals to function as trauma centers and poly-trauma units.
As the SF is not completely involved with this battle yet, resources can be largely poured into support roles (food, water/ice, medical aid, etc.), spearheaded by the SFMF-Horizon. However, the SA and other allies are to be alert that if the tide turns much worse in Kusari, this assistance may have to be pulled due to the extreme cost.
The date for this will be either this Saturday, the 10th, or next Saturday, the 17th of March [dependent on whether I can make it, and how the top number of SF {and maybe SA} that can make it on these dates. Please let me know.

Our only assurance, at moment, is that LNS-RedBear and SA-OsoRojo will be on station. However, the SA shall put an alert out and call all reserves possible for either date. I shall, and will, make both dates, if need be, with stated forces.

Approximately 4 hours previous to this transmission, SFBS-Sierra, SGB-FireAnt, and SFB-Beta4 began a patrol route around the core Bretonian points in which the Horizon traveled to begin its preparations for its deployment to California/LI space. The most dangerous parts of Cambridge and New London were patrolled, including a small excursion into the debris field around Southampton Shipyard. A Junker base was discovered, and engaged. However, after a few hours of fighting, our group realized the futility of the situation, and retreated from the asteroid field, receiving no data on the area there. It was too treacherous to obtain this information.

The Horizon left Cambridge and safely arrived at Southampton Shipyard today. Preparations for the deployment are beginning now, and all necessary personnel and equipment is being loaded as this transmission is being sent. We hope to be in the trade lanes soon. We give thanks to the invaluable escort of Beta 3 to this location.
Ooc: Forgive me, but real world events have changed my schedule, and have yet to receive confirmation of total SA availibilty. Due to my son's basketball season, 7 p.m. GMT (1 p.m. my time) is his next game-time. So, I will attend his game. My family comes before all. However, is it possible to move to later time on the 10th or do you perfer the 17th?

Sir, I shall be participating in this event to defend the Horizon from the pirate scum. What time GST (GMT) will this be?
I shall not be commencing patrols till Monday, due to a hell of a lot of paper-pushing after patrols (school projects). Can't wait till i make Lieutenant and Trainees will do all my work. Awaiting transmission, Kaine out.
I am a long-absent Supreme Commander, Executive Commander, Grand Admiral, Fleet Admiral, and Captain in the mighty Hellfire Legion. I have returned, and am on an urgent mission from Drake Thastus to return the Legion to its former glory, and to claim the galaxy for its own. Only then will I be able to rest.

As everything seems to be divided up between transmissions, I have compiled this complete list of necessary information for the Horizon's departure:

***This event is taking place the week after Daylight Saving's Time for those countries/states/provinces observing it (Although I'm not sure if this is early time is worldwide, so don't take my word for it).

After receiving reports from the Exeter, Tempest and Beta-5, the Sierra was dispatched to interdict a small group that may be KU military sympathetic. It was composed of one KNT, and one independent mercenary. However, planning to issue a warning about Bretonian and Kusari tensions, the Sierra moved into position, but was too late (OOC: saw this group, and was going to give warning as I do not know our terms with them, just wondering if this could be clarified).
On another note, two brotherhood fighters were discovered killing BAF pilots and affiliates. After Sierra ordered them to stop, we received no response, thus we fired. One of the fighters was destroyed, and the other ran after the destruction of his/her brethren.

Following this destruction, the Sierra was contacted by the brotherhood, and negotiations began.
After several tense minutes, the following temporary terms came to light. They should be aware that these can be waived at any time if the SF or the Admiral determines it necessary:
All SF ships shall be allowed to pass through Omicron Gamma unhindered, and will not shoot at any Corsairs other than in cases of extreme self-defense.
All Brotherhood ships shall be allowed to pass through Bretonian systems unhindered, and can attack no one in these systems or our jurisdiction.
Systems not controlled by SF or The Brotherhood are open-grounds for attack by either sides.
Personally, as the captain of this battleship, I believe that these negotiations may be necessary due to the resources that have been stretched so thin due to the war and assistance in Liberty. These can be waived if deemed necessary (by the Admiral).

Due to protection of traders along the Corfu run, another Brotherhood was destroyed by Beta 4 and 5 as these terms are only effective in the stated systems. The brotherhood was warned of our protection of traders along this route before they engaged.
