Well, then the Makos could shoot you.
And they can take a Geb down in thirty flat, no problem.
Stick within the protection of the rules.
Get a BWT.
As a sidenote, I might make an Order trader at some point.
Pirate transport, that's what would make the most sense for the Doctor to use, given past roleplay.
' Wrote:Keep that in mind before your Mako runs around gunning down Order Transports. Transports have a weird electronic signature which causes attacking capships to have their turrets pop off and their credits vanish.
But thanks for skylining yet another painful exercise in ID clarification.
No, its not intended to give free license for the Core to blow up transports and no you don't rate. The Corsairs have just as much desire to blow up Outcast transports but they cannot do so in Legates.
Quote:6.9 The individual ID cards may have restrictions and/or allowance that are not covered by these rules.[color=#ffff33] In the event of conflict, the ID's override the rules.
<sigh> I know, I know - you're trying to cover all contingencies with the ID's. But that's why 6.9 came out - because there are ID's that allow special things that aren't covered even by 6.7, or anywhere else in the rules.

and I dont care if you're at war with the order, theres such a thing as honor and chivilary.
You want ot continue this arguement, take it to PMs. Otherwise, drop it here.
// signed. it may be rp for a Mako to blow away an Order transport, and even correct rulewise. but I think fairplay and chivalry are more important here. I`d like to see a restriction for BS so that they can`t attack enemy (one they are at war with, I mean) transports (bar special events of course)
I don`t fancy seeing Makos, Ossies and Legates blwoing away transports who can`t do a bloody thing back.
The way I see it order doesn't really need credits, but they do need resurces, so some smuggling BW transports without tag and just order ID would fit my view... or perhaps even Fireflies or other midrange transports... Perhaps even Liberty ones...

All of the above mentioned forces have cruisers and battleships. They're in wars, too.
I agree with the guys that it's not likely something that we'd actually DO. I just want to make it clear that if it happens, it has precedence in other portions of the rules and is covered by them. (So that if we get a situation where there IS a convoy being escorted by a Geb or two that runs into a flock of Dessies and BC's - which is what those ships are designed to do, go on convoy raids - that it's within our RP as BHG|Core to terminate everyone.)
