Some time ago, as you won the election, I believe there was some talk of a ceasefire, neutrality agreement, etc.? If so, I do believe that it would be vital to pursue these ends; such peace would be widely accepted by the people of Kusari.

yes i would like to start a friendship between our 2 great nations, since we once we're at war, this might prove difficult for some, never the less, they will have to accept the peace there is now.
