Zoner Guards are permitted to tell any non-Zoner to leave their space if there isn't another Zoner to challange that order.

- Saronsen made demand AFTER he fired mortar. Does this reach you in any way? Are you deaf? It seems that you just don't care about chronology of events. And chronology is this particular incident is the most important fact. I've given proofs.

To the Zoner council, I regret that the Thunderbay could not render assistance, as our computers fell victim to a virus (//net died) sent by a keeper vessel that was operating in the area. Had we been battle capable, we'd have likely aided your vessels if necessary, and at the least aid with the negotiations.

This is fairly simple, Kurtz, you violated our laws. The captain of the Paradise was well within his rights as a member of the CoZ to deny you docking rights to the Freeport. Regardless of if he insulted you or not, you are bound to listen to him by our laws. Him insulting you is not cause for you to break our laws. You forcible docked to Freeport 11 and stole supplies.

Would you like me to call Doc for you? You are clearly deranged, just because some Zoners left the Council doesn't mean it doesn't exist. The fact you are talking to a handful of them on this Comm channel seems to contradict what you are saying in the above quote. You know the Council exists, you are simply playing dumb.

Excuse me if I don't believe you, when I myself have seen you preparing for raids around our Freeports. Excuse me for thinking that the fact that three to four of your ships sitting near a our Freeports look ALOT like you preparing for a raid. If you were just getting supplies why did it take ALL of you to do so? Do you not have anyone that makes supply runs from Primus for you? If you move from Primus to a Freeport and buy supplies for a raid, then go on said raid. You have in effected based said raid from said Freeport. Hire someone to run supplies for you.

The fact that many many Zoners and non-Zoners alike have seen you making raids from our Freeports is proof in and of itself. No need for actual gun cam shots. If it was one or two I would want a shot of it but it is numerous (Myself included) people that witness you using our Freeports to base raids out of.
If you want to resupply fine. The line is drawn when your entire wing resupplies at once and then leaves to raid. In essence you based the raid out of the port you resupplied at. Again, I will advise you to get a supply runner so you don't have to bring your entire wing to a port at once.
Also, as I have already said and knowing you don't always catch what is said I will say it again. The Council is currently reviewing your case. Expect to hear back from us. I also expect you to make ammends for the clear violation of our laws. Don't give me the excuse Sarosen insulted you so why should you listen to him, either. If you are in our space, you abide by our laws, regardless of how mean the enforcer is.

This is Captain Izii, one of the Zoners present at the incident that sparked the conflagration of arguments and hostile intents. It was I who sighted the "Apocalypse" group battleship. I was in my personal Virage at the time, and as that implies, yes I was on personal business until I sighted the battleship lingering around Freeport 11. The relevant image as follows.
Rather than bore anyone listening on one this communicae, I will merely unload my datanet's recordings of the situation, something the aforementioned has yet to do in full. If you'll pardon the excess amount, I tend to be thourough and use the overlapping data logs to confirm my continuity and truthfulness of these events.
Pardon the longevity of the logs, though as I mentioned before, in cases such as this, I wish to be fully accountable and ready. This is merely a bank of logs until the more experienced Council member came and took over.
All I wish to point out, captain of the "Now" battleship, is you ignored my attempts to be peaceful and an impartial mediator, and in your hurried, heated actions you have tossed my name in with others calling me shameful and demanding an apology. With all due respect, Mr. Kurtz, I do not need to review your so called "proofs" as I was present during most of the altercation, I did review what you sent over the wireless. It was clear you were there simply to provoke some sort of attack. It seems apparent there are some pieces logs missing, that you appear to have forgotten to post.

Anyway, concerning Zoner Council, are you aware that 90% of respected Zoners resigned from their Council positions? At the time of incident, I had no such informations. I thought it existed like it always did. Later I've found out that new one was "self elected". Doc resigned due to health problems which were caused by him worrying too much about these new kind of Zoners, who are just bunch of unobjective, hostile, ego-maniacs.
This proof is taken AFTER I've been fired upon. It shows nothing except how I don't like to fired upon without prior warning, in NFZ, like no one does.
I said "I'm doing missions, is that OK?" Isn't that a polite question? And Saronsen responds with "Let your buddy pick em up for you" Why did he say that? I didn't do anything wrong. Why can't I pick my own mission? My "buddy" perhaps don't know which missions to pick that are including to fight against capital ships.
Saronsen "I'm a part of newly formed Council". Based on what I've heard this "elected" Council has been self elected. I was NOT aware of it at the present moment.
I said "2 of Council members informed of you". That is true. Although, I'll repeat, I didn't know that they are no longer Council members. There have been complaints of Saronsen's behaviour in the past. I won't mention names due to promise I made to them, but perhaps they will speak for themselves after they see what are all of you trying to achieve here.

I said "You have no right no forbidden me anything" and, considering I've heard about his shady career among Zoners from other Zoners, I didn't feel like I should listen to Saronsen, who proven himself that by firing on this second occasion. He can't order me, not by any morale standards, to remove myself after being fired first at me. No way. By doing so, he definetly explained his stance against me, which is HOSTILE.
I said: "So let's get out of NFZ and you show me." This only proofs that I'd take hostility out of NFZ. But IF anyone analysed MY proofs I provided before, it will show you that they engaged me WITHIN NFZ, while I was, at THAT time of engagement, out of NFZ.
I see nothing here to compromise me, except the fact that Cpt Izzi doesn't mention (he didn't see it of course) that, I REPEAT, fired FIRST at and only after fired shot, I docked. That AGAIN proves I've been doing missions and that I needed to dock in order to repair.
Me: "Both of you will be reported to the Council" of which I possessed no facts (I'll say it again) that it doesn't function "properly". But ALL OF YOU should ask yourself this... How come I reported them, publicly, first? I actually waited 4, 5 hours to do that. If they are SOOOOOOO right, why didn't they report ME? THAT'S BECAUSE THEY NEVER DID KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!!!!
