As this a your bazillionth offense I have taken your guns, cap8 armor, shield, cm, scanner, cargo and credits. Stop breaking the rules. This is the last warning, if you break another rule this year I will strip your account(s) or ban you for 40 days or both.

You have taken my cap armor 8????????? Come on!!! That transport issued order to attack us, and was 1 of attacking vessels! I can defend myself, can't I?
You fired on a Zoner Whale, which as absolutely NO guns, so I doubt it was attacking you. It doesn't matter if it ordered you to be attacked, you don't attack Transports with a Battleship

The attacking vessel in the case of this sanction was a Zoner Whale.
Retaliation. He ordered attack personally. Example: fleet of 15 ships enters system and raid it. Fleet carries out orders of commander who's in, let's say, luxury liner. So, no one has right to attack him? You don't really have to answer this. I don't care. It won't change anything either if that'd be positive or negative comment.
Did he also tell you I fired only 1 warning shot and that 1 minute later he was standing beside me with me actually not firing at all? Nevermind. Who cares.
Of all those 7 sanctions, I was guilty for only ONE for which I admitted my wrongdoing to Athenian and community as well (OORP chat sanction). The rest of sanctions were set up by people who just couldn't kill me so they used different "methods". Never heard of setup? Ah, yes. In RL people never lie. Riiight. Who the hell cares.
I'll be expecting one of your creative jokes on this matter as well, but I won't care about that neither. You can bet on your like that I won't click on this thread ever again.

1 warning shot? Heck, the screenshot itself shows TWO shots, and there were about 5 in total. Luckily I was fast enough to strafe dodge the last of them, but you still took my shield down to less than half with that.. A single warning shot can't do that.. Then you tried denying you ever shot me in the first place.
Seems to me this sanction is really over the top. Taking someones cap8 armour for a couple of warning shots. Didn't even take his shield down i understand. And what about using a Zoner whale as a command centre in battles....questionable tactics i would say. Took his shield down less then half, pfff... dont make me laugh. The total of sanctions without taking the cap8 would be severe in my opinion.
