Gentlemen, bear with me as the chaos of this war sometimes means that certain paperwork is going to get lost in the gears. Let me correct this mistake by confirming that the General Council approved the commissioning of the cruisers Kronstadt and Aurora (including the accompanying escorts) some time ago, in order to better support the front at home. As per Herr Meisnerr's personal recommendation, this newly formed battlegroup was to report their actions on this channel to promote cooperation between the home front and the revolutionary assault troops.
Internal affairs aside, I was informed today by the Brigadegeneral that the General Council is quite pleased with our progress. While the Kronstadt was holding the home front, we were able to defeat both a Corsair and an Outcast offensive with negligible losses on the same day. That I must say is something we can be proud of, and since Leutnant Jones is really motivated to get me to keep my word, tonight's dinner is on me. Be sure to report to the Vogtland bar at 8pm Berlin Time sharp, or it's your loss.

It seems that our comminications have been broken down here in Freital. Our servers have been having difficulties and our maintenance personel are working double time to locate the fault.
My sincere apologies. I'm sure the rumors about you taking your ships too near Rostock are baseless too. The base weaponry has been upgraded lately and it's just recklessness to venture too close to base.
It was a real Hammen Hole Happy Hour gentlemen. We started with Ernst, just the 2 of us against 3 Corsairs and then then Major Hoerst joined us making the game even. After that Corsairs just get getting reinforcements and finally our own reinforcements arrived and helped us to clean the place. Danke fur alles that kept me going under that withering fire.

Greetings, comrade.
Do not feel the need to apologise as the errors in communications of Freital are hardly your mistake and therefore our mutual misunderstanding falls out of sight because of being over.
Our battlegroup is fulfiling the duty of guarding the Hessian space and in order to guard our home sometimes we have to strike into border systems, including Omega-15 which has a Rostock base you were mentioning. During some of those raids we did close to the base indeed, but not close enough (or long enough speaking about chasing some already exploding BHG capital ship who tried to hide there) to waste the energy of our shields to its automated defences so i dont really understand from where do those rumors you were talking about come from.
As our situation forces us to do, our raids against enemy capital ships at our borders - which are sometimes nessesary in order to defend our territory - are not being launched agaisnt ovewhelming odds and capital ships do not move into action without the nessesary escot so you should not be worried about our precious cruisers. Sometimes they are being damaged but its what the combat ships are made for and neither Kronstadt nor Aurora was damaged too hard for our engineers to repair it.

It is good to see you all again RHA. Unfortunately, I have been tied down by the refit of the Varyag and have had little time for paperwork. Things are going smoothly in the Omega 47 system according to my XO, Ackart. The RNC-Moltke was transferred to Casablanca Base without much trouble.
on her shakedown cruise received a distress call from Casa that a Corsair battleship was attacking the region. The Moltke under the command of Ackart engaged the Osiris at range with mortars and was able to destroy the ships guidance systems. She crashed, burning, into the nearby planet.
The Varyag is now fully back in operation. The damage done by the reactor failure was repaired and she has completed several patrols without incident. She is starting to show her age, but she is still a fine ship. Wolfsburg did an exellent job with the refit and her systems are nearly back to factory spec.
A Gallian named Aquila has requested from the RHA permission to mine the local fields. He donated 10 million to our cause as a start to negotiations. I will transferee the credits soon. We still know so little from that area of space and it would be good, I think, to talk to the miner.
Today, myself piloting the Panther and Farb in the Red Autumn attacked a Corsair raiding party in Omega 5 that was attacking a lone fighter. The fighter was showing a Hogasha transponder, so this development seems to warrant further investigation. The Corsairs pulled in waves of re-enforcements that forced the Panther out of commission. It is currently at Freital base having basic repairs done. After that, I joined the autumn again in disrupting Draumann mining when we were confronted with an Order Carrier. It opened fire as soon as it came out of the hole. Myself and the Farb responded by chasing the ship back to 41 and destroying it there. A single titan tried to prevent the carrier's demise but was only left behind after the ship Detonated.

Major Heissner is to be commended for his actions in taking out that Osiris.
On our patrol we managed to put some clogs to Kanzler's wheels by forcing a RepEx pilot to drop almost all his cargo of Gold in Stuttgart and then forcing a halt to Daumann mining operations in Omega-11. In Omega-11 there was a Daumann miner named vivat who threatened us to let loose one of his acquaintance on us.
Sure enough we had company shortly. But it was not in form we expected really. We got orders from Freital to station us near hole to Omega-41 since our scouts had bigged up a heat signature of a cap ship moving towards Omega-11.
We stationed ourselves there and were a little surprised to see an Order Carrier come through the hole and open fire on us without any warning. Our training kicked in and we returned fire and informed Freital of the situation.
The ship captain was not the brightest star in the sky. We landed supernova after supernova with 100% accuracy on him as you can see in this video I took. Finally XO of the ship had managed to make the captain see reason as he tried to beat a hasty retreat.
Well. I've always believed that the whole body should hurt from a stupid mind and we chased him to Omega-41. And he was inches away from Sair base as our SNACs finally took him.
I just imagine how difficult it must be for him to explain his monumental blunder to Order command. Order whom we are not ever hostile with.

The ID of the ship you have taken out looks strangely familiar. Looks like it's captain turned out to be not so dead after all. Speaking of the evidence you took with your ship's camera - perhaps you could send it to the Order command so they could add it to the already going investigation.

Everything is going as usual, with patrolling the home space, taking out the intruders and making a swift raids at the enemy capital ships in nearby systems. However, one even is to be described in details.
During some usual patrol our battlegroup, pretty divided to watch more systems, had detected 2 capital ships energy signatures in omega-15. As usual, it happened to be some Bounty Hunter vessels who obviously thought that being 1 jump away from their home system means they didn't need to bring escorts witth them. They couldn't be more wrong. Being one jump away from Dresden and being Hostile to us means you should have as much escort as possible.
Anyway, we had gathered together all the forces nearby and went for Omega-15. Kronstadt with escorts was in Dresden atm so we were there first, while Aurora and its escorts were patrolling more distant system and nearly missed the party.
First target didn't even try to fight back and all the time we were turning it into the scrap metal it was trying to flee. So bounty hunterish... Aurora didn't make it in time to land some fire on it, but it took a very beautiful picture of this battle. One lone BHG battlecruiser less.
And the inspection of the wreck showed very nice cargo - 126 corsair pilots being held as prisoners. They aren't going to BHG prison anymore, but i doubt that they are too happy.
Shortly after that we went for a hunt for a second target. It had tried to flee the very moment he saw us, but thanks to the comrade Vogel who was a recon and managed to disrupt the battleship cruise engines he was unable to flee. However, he tried to use some home-made cloacking device.
It was terrible idea. Our intellegence indicates that the reactor's meltdown somehow managed to destroy even the captain's neural net bank account - it was that powerful.
This operation was a sucess. Battleship and batttlecruiser taken out without any losses, a lot of new toys - 126, to be exact - and a really nice picture i am going to hang on the bridge. Gut.
Guttentag meine herren.
Ich schreibe nicht often einen nachricht.
Aber ich glaube heute ist es zeit dass ich mall einen schreibe.
Last night we detected several Corsair capital vessels in the form of several Legate and Preafect class ships.
Our forces had our two cruisers and several wings of Thor bombers, but we rechieved some help along the battle.
The engagment started near the corsair base in omega 5 here our forces engaged the hostile fleet.
It didn't take long for the corsair forces to rechieve reinforcements in the form of fighters, gunboats and bigger boats.
Our bombers were swarming around there flotte, while they were focusing on our cruisers.
We destroyed several Legate class ships, wich should be a big shame for them these zu verlieren.
Unfortunally i had to make use of my ejectionpod before the battle was over.
I retreived some images from my guncamera which should show you the force this corsairs trew into the battle.
Guten tag, comrades. After yesterdays Corsair assault we went back for the for little revenge. While most of them fought Outcasts in Eta we took down their reinforcement heading there.
First on the list was Order recon cruiser piloted by Corsair crew. It had no chance.
After cruiser exploded in system jumped two more Corsair cruisers, both went down soon.
We went back to Freeport for small repairs. After departure there was Corsair Dread in space. We acted like we wont do anything about it and when he moved towards Gamma hole just outside of NFZ we engaged him but he managed to escape to Gamma where he got destroyed.
Before dread went down he called for help, massive help. So soon we had many fighters and bomber on our tailes together with couple of capital ships. We managed to run away taking couple of them with us. At least 4 more ships went down before we all retreated.
I have been monitoring miner traffic in Omega-11. Half of the miners I met were employed by Daumann and were suffering from their employer's cruelty. Aware of what we mean for their future, they had no trouble donating to our cause.
I also met an independent miner named Andrew.StoneCracker in a small mining vessel, who promised not to sell his spoils to Daumann. Furthermore, when I told him no donation was required due to the small scale of his independent operation, he insisted to help the Hessians with a decent 400,000.
As far as I've seen we may have a lot of support in these miners. They are being forced to work in radiation for hours, yet are sufficiently removed from civilization to talk freely and openly about their ideals.
With some persuasion we may be able to have them mine for us and ship the spoils to Kusari to fund the revolution, as long as we can provide them and their families with protection.
