Cap rule 6,7

Well, I was not playing mine lawfull caps for a while and now i find that rules are changing very fast and i can't track what was changed and when :crazy:(Or maybe just can't rememeber)

About lawfull capital ships - i remember that here where a rule that they can deal with transports in capital system (Like NY for NY lawfull caps). Now i can't find it - here is just - lawfull off faction caps can do so in core space (Its bigger then just NY).

So, was it changed and i missed something? (About indi caps in capital systems)

Official factions (I.e [LN]) can blow up transports using Battleships. Indie LNS- cannot.

I believe all bets are off if a transport enters say, Viriginia, a guard system. However I'm not certain of that one.

6.7 Attacking freighters, transports, liners or demanding cargo from the same is not allowed for cruisers and battleships.

Exceptions to this rule are:

a) Official faction tagged house ships in their respective house space ONLY.
b) Terrorist, Nomad, Wild, Phantom ID players;
c) LSF or Liberty Navy Guard vessels operating within Zone 21 or Alaska;
d) Order Guard vessels operating within Alaska or Omicron Minor;
e) Blood Dragon Guard vessels within Chugoku;
f) Corsair Guard vessels within Omicron Gamma;
g) Outcast Guard vessels within Omicron Alpha;
h) Guard ID players in their -own- associated Guard system.

Traders whom are attacked in these areas may be pursued and destroyed beyond them.

Keep in mind as well that server rules can and DO change between servers. So if during our downtime you started playing on DUSA, for example, they have slightly different rules than we have here. Those differences are small - but VERY important.
