Greetings, Colonials. As I hope you are aware, about a week or so back I contacted one of your gunstars who was in the area to propose an agreement between us. Your people are looking for a home, ccrrect? Well we may have found one. Don't take it from me, however. You're more than welcome to send a party down here to see with your own eyes. Just be sure to let us know you're coming ahead of time.
Now for the catch. I imagine you already know who we are but I may as well give a brief explanation. We, the Neo Terran Front that is, wish to construct a sleeper ship, to find a new home beyond Sirius. Our reasons are many, and shall I say rather obvious even to the untrained eye. To accomplish such a massive feat will require a temporary base of operations, as well as supplies. Were we to give you this planet, we would like full landing rights on it, as well as help rebuilding a certain wrecked station within system.
We can flesh out the terms more later should you choose to take us up on the offer.
You don't look a gifted horse in the mouth, right?
I already arranged that survey units and one carrier group were sent to the place to not as much evaluate it as prepare the ground.
I don't expect any complications since the region's basically peaceful as far as our own diplomatic relations are concerned, when our reconnaissance/survey units arrive and give the engineers a green light, we'll be more than glad to help you out building that sleeper and repairing whatever damaged local outpost you need.
Nice of you to tell us ahead of time... Fortunately for you we were performing maintenance on our scanning array at the time. Had we detected the unauthorized entry of a carrier class vessel in system it likely would've been destroyed.. What's done is done, I suppose. I'll hop in my fighter as soon as I'm finished with this paperwork and meet you in space, if at all possible. It can never hurt to get to know ones allies, especially if we're going to be sharing the space with each other.
Three Colonial survey vessels from the 53rd reconnaissance wing are deployed and on their way to the Kansas system. This can take some time, since they were on a mission in the Omicron systems.
The vessels "Aerilon", piloted by me and my crew; the "Sagittaron", piloted by Cpt. Richard Dean and his crew and the "Troy", piloted by Fl.Lt. Kaze will do some surveys in the system. If it is necesary some escorts from the 41st tactical wing will accompany us to Kansas.
If all is found clear a carrier group, offcourse with your permission, is flown in to guard our combined operations.
When the base of operations is set up, the deliveries of your requested goods will start.
Hope to have you informed enough, if you have any questions please contact my superiors or the president through our diplomatic channels.

Greetings,
this is Flight Captain Todd Roberts, pilot of Thunderbird ship under Colonial colours. I wish to inform you, that once our survey is done, I will be personally taking over the escort and arrival of our carrier into the system. We have sufficient cover with our own assets, however should you wish to oversee, your vessels are welcome to join our flight wing, just let us know ahead of schedule so we can work our flight plan according to data you may provide.
Expect 41st to move there soon sir.
Regards

The whole tone here is starting to make me feel uneasy. Don't forget we were here months before you. I understand the need for security but don't forget we're allowing access to the system and the planet. If you must have a carrier, I'd much prefer it be stationed in Magellan. In addition, I would like a list of all 41st units which will be stationed in system on my desk within twenty four hours.

This is Commander Paul Atreides , Colonial Fleet.
I contact you about the carrier , well , I think that Freeport 4 would have some additional support in the area , however , since we cannot enter in Kansas with the entire battlegroup we would be forced to remake the flight plans , we must send pilots into Kansas and we must maintain a force at the carrier.
Just to be sure ,with what ship class are we allowed to enter Kansas. Just to know how we will divide the battlegroup.
Thank you !

Thanks for the prompt response. While we would prefer nothing larger than a gunstar in system, I suppose we could allow for one of your Argus class vessels. Fighters and bombers are fine, But no more than four per patrol, please.
I suggest you place the Argus in orbit of Wichita, and stay out of the eastern sections of the system. This isn't because we have anything to hide, but rather because we've had pilots go missing out there, particularly in the Iridium cloud. I'm sure you'll be fine if you have some proper fighter and gunstar escort, but just make sure to watch your scanners at all times.

Understood , we will follow that instruction. However , we will move once the 53rd squadron give us the green light , then we will proceed with the settlement of the 41st and in the end the ISE and CMI units.
