We have seen clear evidence that an independent Zoner pilot was shot at and her ship destroyed by one or more of your pilots.
Kashibawa Tomoe was her name. So far, your officers have failed to provide any convincing evidence that she committed any crime worthy even of imprisonment, let alone death.
As the representative of all independent Zoners affiliated with the Zoner Alliance, I request that your organization either provide conclusive evidence of specific crimes according to the laws of Liberty being committed by Ms. Tomoe within Libertonian space or that all charges against her are cleared and the officer or officers responsible for the destruction of her ship compensate her for the damage and are investigated. We expect a response in short order.
We firmly believe that Zoners are not above the law, and neither are Liberty Navy officers. We hope that you share that belief.
Hello, this is Commander Zack Archer, Libery Navy Task Force Iota. Unfortunately As I was not there to see it, I cannot help much. Please tell me the name of the pilots and I will laucnh a full inquiry. Here is a message from Iota's LSF liason, Kei.
Start:
Hello, I am Captain kei Nagase, LSF. This is most troublesome. More and more Navy pilots are acting weird. A couple shot down two civilians with an Outcast (Navy and Outcast helping eachother).
I assure you Iota will launch a full inquiry, and I will make sure that this matter is resolved. Please accept our apologizes for this, and I hope this will not happen again. Please have a nice day.
Oh, and we have an annoying Order pilot around all the time, so we will check with him to see about this as well.

Very well. It is good to see that even though the Primary Fleet is completely unresponsive, that some Libertonians still care about such things as "laws" and "evidence". Crazy, I know. But here's one. And here's another. And another.
For the safety of independent Zoners, I will have to issue a travel advisory to discourage any non-factionalized Zoner pilots from entering Libertonian space until this issue is cleared up and those responsible are prevented from repeating their crimes.
Thank you, and we look forward to reading the results of your investigation.
As this report hasn't crossed my desk yet, if you'd please forward evidence of the ship's destruction and any other evidence that could be relevant through this channel. Please do not tamper with this evidence in any way. Once a picture of the scene can be painted, an inquiry can proceed.
Although I don't know the exact circumstances, I do know that Ms Tomoe has been hindering the Liberty Navy and its duties for some time now - Pestering and occasionally insulting our officers. As you know, interfering with the course of justice is against the law and if Ms Tomoe was found to be doing just that, she would've been arrested. In my experience, most people don't take being arrested lying down, with these things usually going south preeetty fast.
I will, however, reserve further judgement until evidence has been provided and the proper interviews have been had.
Please note that the Navy has failed to provide any actual evidence of crimes being committed.
And call me strange, but my sense of justice does not call for summarily executing someone just for an insult, even if there were evidence of an insult (which I have yet to see).
Oh hello zoner, I missed this message, my apologizes for that. About the current matter, of miss Tomoe, I can't speak about the incident with our dear Sarah Willlows, but I can raise my voice for the last event involving her (her for miss Tomoe).
We, the Liberty Navy primary fleet, at the current time were fighting against a whole lot of enemies, Outcasts, Lane Hackers, Rogues, all those lowlifes that you use to see around your freeports. And as usual in Liberty, our dear liberty space, god save it!, a bunch of civilians though it was a really good idea to stay around and watch the fire works as if it was some kind of celebration for the independence day. It didn't matter to them to risk their lifes staying close to a battle field, they ignored our warnings, and our orders to leave the area (a hell lot of time before of the missfourtune of Miss Tomoe). Now, I recalled, while turning and turning and turning in my Guardian, protecting the citizens of New York, I recalled, and very awful incident regarding miss Tomoe, yes, the incident with S. Willows. You see, in our records, it states that miss Tomoe, assisted members of the Hellfire Legion on battle, by supplying Nanobots to them.
Now, get into my shoes for a moment... you are fighting for your life, you are figthing for civilian's lifes, you are trying to protect those sheeps who stick around no matter how many warnings you give them, they stick around. And you have this woman here, supposed to assist our enemies during combat. What would you do? I told her to leave, he didn't do it, Logan told her that he was going to arrest her, she didn't listen to him or she didn't care, either way, Logan did what he was supposed to do. Now, Admiral MacTavish was too busy giving us orders in our private channel, and he was too busy fighting against our enemies (Did I mention how outnumbered we were?) to realise what was going on with this lady, so he told her to leave, agreed, but he missed the part were Logan told her she was going to be arrested. May be, Miss Tomoe forgot to mention that, may be.
So, I took the command, now, you think that I was going to let ANYONE capable of supplying our enemies to stay around that battle? Do you think I was going to risk our lifes, civilians lifes, by allowing a suspect to stay around? No, of course not, I didn't allow her to stay, and I won't allow her to stay near any fight in the future neither.
She was too busy arguing against us than following our clear instructions to leave the place, and by doing that she risked civilian lifes. And I'd not allow such a thing.
Miss Tomoe, if you are hearing this message, the next time that we tell you to leave, you leave in the moment we tell you to, our operation don't need spectators, and we don't need questionable persons around.
About the evidence, as I already said several times, we were fighting, we were too busy protecting people just as miss Tomoe, and no, I didn't have the chance to save records of what was said, I don't have the luxury of frozen time, I have to take quick decisions in the hot of battle. And that's why civilians are always ordered to leave, if they chose to remain near the battle, we can't be responsable or their ship's integrity.
I believe tha resumes what I have to say about this matter, just one more note.
Alexander Willows and Logan Williams are not part of our fleet.
Thank you very much for your thorough response; it is sincerely appreciated. I am furthermore inclined to think that this is by far the best response I have observed regarding the incident from an officer of the Primary Fleet. Of course it can be difficult to make good decisions in the middle of a firefight, and accidents do happen when civilians linger around.
However, it has still not been clarified why there seem to be conflicting orders coming from Navy pilots (one saying stay here, another saying go away) before the Zoner ship in question is destroyed for trying to run. Perhaps this should be made clear to prevent future such misunderstandings.
We also request that any existing charges against Ms. Tomoe be dropped, under the condition that she agrees to leave the scene of any firefight when asked to by the Liberty Navy. As you said, there is a lack of clear evidence of criminal behavior and I think we would all appreciate it if we can get past this incident and move on with our lives.
For now, I will amend the current travel advisory to reflect your statement. Once Ms. Tomoe is exonerated, I will further reduce it to a simple notice for all Zoner pilots to avoid the scenes of active firefights.
Thank you again for your well-measured and thorough response.

As a Marine Officer I cannot let this unjustice go without some truth being spoken, to do so breaks the very pillars of the Corps i serve and the nation it protects.
I met Tomoe when the first real problems started to occur in Penn.
Countless times I would upon my discretion as a Warship captian patrol to penn and maintain a show of force. She was entirely respectful to the Navy until she heard about the incident at the station.
On another account at Freeport 6 in Magellian, it was myself and Kashiwaba Tomoe that helped prevent the now lost cruiser Levatine from going rogue and fireing its main cannon on the freeport.
I boarded the craft to disable its propulsion and weapons.
When that failed I again, as per my judgement as a Military officer, requested her to attack the main gun and disable it.
She has never broke any lawes in our nation that I am aware of and has allways complied with any and all requests I have seen made of her by lawful house authorties, as per Zoner custom.
To those that accuse her i ask for proof, for those that hate her because of her Kusari roots i ask you cast that away.
for those that know me ,i ask you to rethink your view on her and your policys, because for those that know me know that i do not lie,as again to do so would break the very pillars of the Uniform i wear, for i am a Liberty Marine Corps Officer.
For you to not do these things, would break the very pillars that are Liberty Itself.
Kashi is not a bad person, she might of screwed up,but to endlessly hound and persacute her for being human... is an unjustice in itself because we have all made stupid mistakes, for we are all human.

As Commander Alexander Casero has made very clear several times, Kawashiba Tomoe was caught red-handed supplying nanobots to enemies of the Republic during a firefight with the Navy. This could have tipped the balance of the fight enough to send some of our boys home in body bags. Let us make this clear once more:
Kawashiba Tomoe has been charged with Accomplice Liability under Aiding and Abetting. As defined by the laws of the Republic of Liberty, her assistance toward the criminals in supplying nanobots establishes a mens rea and officially makes her a Principal in second degree.
She may therefore be charged with all crimes committed by the criminals she assisted, including the destruction of any lawfully-owned ships and attempted murder committed by the criminals.
Moreover, she threatened all Liberty military and civilian vessels that pass through Freeport 1, stating that she would not recognize the protection of the No-Fire Zone and implying that she would take action against any Liberty vessels that attempted to dock rather than pass by. From her own mouth:
Kawashiba Tomoe Wrote:"I would like to make you aware that Liberty flagged vessels will be DENIED protection of the No Fire Zone while I am present due to repeated attacks by the Liberty Navy upon Zoner Vessels.
Depending on the situation, I may construe any activity other than passing on by as a hostile act."
[color=aqua]This is a formal declaration of hostility against Liberty's government, military, and citizens. She is an enemy of the state.
The warrant for her arrest WILL STAND.
She will be attacked as many times as it takes to successfully capture her and bring her before a court of law.
This matter is closed. Consider this an official press release. Any further inquiries into this matter will be simply directed to this communication record.

Apparently, it's okay to press charges in Liberty without a shred of evidence of actual commission of criminal activity.
I guess I should have expected no better from an organization as notorious for its human rights abuses as the Liberty Security Force. I know very well what Libertonian "justice" looks like, and it has very little to do with laws and legitimate courts and much to do with corruption, forced labor, and instant executions.
